"Arrived to a clean room and everything was restocked and fresh. Great experience."

"The room was clean and comfortable but showing some wear. We had to get maintenance (which was sent up immediately) to reattach our toilet seat. I was surprised after walking around the building that there was no outdoor seating to relax in except for a couple of tables and chairs by the entrance. The pool area smelled so strongly of chlorine that we decided not to use. Treadmill was broken in the exercise room. Small things but added together left a “meh”impression."

Check in was OK, but could have been friendly. When I went to report issues in my room and in my mom’s room they seemed less than helpful.
