"Spacious rooms and very clean! Awesome location with comfortable beds and no street noise. The courtyard was wonderful to sit outside and you can bring your dog! Staff is amazing and so nice."

"The check in line was over 3.5 hours long and never even had a chance to check in. It was wrapped clear through the lobby. Unbelievably the worst service I’ve ever witnessed. They had a high volume event and were short on staff is what they said."

Didn't even spend a full day there but in the evening when I got back I took a shower and I didn't notice because of the shower curtain that they had resurfaced the bathtub at some very past point and it surely needs to be done again or replaced the caulking and all was bad on it. "Be prepared to pay $45 for valet parking otherwise you’ll be paying some serious money to park in a parking deck. There is no parking lot at this hotel so you pay additional money for parking. This hotel is located in Downtown Baltimore. Overall it wasn’t a bad stay. Few blocks from the Inner Harbor, room was spacious, bed was comfortable. Breakfast wasn’t the best(I’ve had better breakfast at other hotels)."

However, the building is older and could benefit from more maintenance and updates. Several amenities listed on the hotel’s website were not actually available during our stay. Horrible customer service yelled at my child for sitting on her friends lab because they had no rooms ready and no seats available, disgusting hallway, dirty room, and our door wouldn't even close from the hallway. Emailed Wyndham and asked for a refund. We didn't even end up staying."
