"Great location very close to the ferry terminal. No AC and the ceiling fan in our room was broken. An oscillating fan was provided, but it was set on a 4 hour timer so we needed to turn it on again when it turned off in the middle of the night. Overall a good stay and would stay again."

"The room was clean and well stocked with coffee and tea. The bed was very comfortable. This was the 2nd time in a week I stayed at the Ramada. The kitchen seemed a little overwhelmed, unfortunately they were out of the delicious cheese omelette. Minor detail, I did not have time to wait since I had to catch a ferry."

"Staff were excellent, very polite and helpful. Great location for ferry, 20.mins to Nanaimo to Tsawwassen. Easy check in and out, no keys needed. Right on the main road but our room was at the back so not too noisy. Tiny parking lot. Not the nicest area but ok for a quick overnight on the way to the ferry."

"There is not enough parking. There is a sign that says no smoking within 5 feet of any doors or windows, this must surely be a suggestion as people smoke on the patio, 2 feet from the door. Our room smelled like smoke. Our sink was plugged and our fridge didn't work. The electrical outlet in the bathroom didn't work. Keep your expectations low. Maintenance was sent to fix problems. The fridge they brought to replace was filthy and also did not work. We returned to find a different albeit working...

"We booked a suite to accommodate 5 adults. We got a room with two beds. One of us slept on the floor. We got there late off the ferry so I was courteous and didn’t go to the office to let them know until the next morning. She blamed Expedia for the mixup in rooms. We stayed two nights. When I asked for extra towels she snapped at me. The bed was very lumpy and we kept rolling to the middle of the bed because it was old and indented. Will never stay there again."

"It’s a very basic motel so nothing else to say… one thing it lacks is wifi as I didn’t get any instructions at all."
