"Clean room . I wished if hair conditioner was available."

"This hotel delivers so much more than its humble three star status would indicate. Absolutely packed with honest character and with details I appreciate, like windows that actually open, and an ‘old school’ telephone in the room. The check in and check out were seamless, the staff members were sharp, friendly, and pretty funny! Oh, the location: perfect for a traveller who wishes to go car-free. "It was such an amazing experience. They made me feel welcome from the start with complementary cookies. The breakfast was delicious, and the space was beautiful. I will definitely come back!"

"Room was pretty clean they allowed me to early check in"

There were no signs about having to "reserve" these amenities. So we used them for a short time. The next day there were signs on the door of the sauna saying "reserved". Kind of lame to be in a nice resort and...
