"Our room was cleaner than most hotels, but not "really" that clean. Carpet was dirty. Bathroom was partially upgraded, but they did a sloppy job. One screw hanging out of the plate that was connected to shower. Really awful job of applying the sealer around the tube. A few bugs in the bathroom. It was acceptable, but we would not stay there again. Great coffee, rest of breakfast was OK."

"We did have some noise in the early morning of one night, but good otherwise."

"Breakfast was good. Staff was nice. Hotel was quiet and convenient. Bed was comfortable. AC and bathroom needs updating. Only negative was some of the people staying on the floor we were on were smoking that skunk weed so it was all up and down the hall especially strong near the elevator. It made me nauseous and sick. But, our overall stay was good. Thank you."

"Breakfast was subpar for the quality of the hotel."

"Beautiful 100+ year old Bed and Breakfast. The food and hospitality were excellent. We would definitely go back."

"We stay here all the time. We had a wonderful stay during homecoming weekend! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located. We especially appreciated being accommodated with an early check-in, which made our weekend that much easier. The staff was welcoming, and everything went smoothly."

"Good price. Good location (close to restaurants, small, several colleges). Poor service. Bad smell. Old facility needing desperate upgrade. Can’t be covered up by paint. Arrived late evening, new staff without help. Long lines as she learned. Took 45min to 1 hour to check in 3 people. Left and returned. Air/heat less than 6 inches from bed so didn’t reach much of room. Also crusty/rusted shower spout. Dark room only had lamps, and not enough light. Loud neighbors but to make it worse, staff...

"Wonderful in every way! Truly feel honored that we were able to experience it."

"Front evening staff over charged on vending snacks. $3.21 for two $.75 snacks. The snacks were actually marked as $.50 each. Room needs to be refreshed. Very bad road noise all evening on the back of the hotel."

"The front desk staff were very kind and festive, dressed in NC A&T SU clothing"

"Breakfast seemed skimpy to me with few choices. Almost no fruit was available."
