Parc Broyhill

I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent stay at your hotel. Unfortunately, several issues made my experience frustrating and far below the level of service I expected. First, the hot water was not working until late at night, which was a major inconvenience. Additionally, the television in my room was not functioning properly and kept glitching, making it difficult to use. There was also only one elevator operating, which caused further inconvenience during my stay. The most frustrating issue, however, was the valet service. My car was misplaced, and no one seemed to know where it was. As a result, I had to walk from the second floor to approximately levels 6 or 7 of the parking area trying to locate my vehicle. This was unacceptable and caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience. Taken together, these issues significantly impacted my stay and left me disappointed with the overall quality of service. I understand that unexpected problems can occur, but I expect a hotel of your standard to handle these situations professionally and ensure that guests are not left dealing with multiple inconveniences. I would appreciate a response regarding how these issues will be addressed and what compensation you may be able to offer for this disappointing experience. Thank you for your time. I look forward to hearing from you.
