Parc Blue Mountain Drive

Nice clean place about a half hour from Halifax. We stayed there on our last night. Very clean and a pretty good breakfast too

The reason I’m giving the stay 2 stars, is because the fire alarm went off at 3:55am during our stay. We got up in a panic, went all the way downstairs, the night time front desk guy told us it was someone who was SMOKING in their unit. When I went to checkout for the end of my stay, the woman who was at the front desk made a half arsed apology, and said “safety protocols”, and didn’t offer anything at all for the inconvenience of being woken up at close to 4am. They should have comped us our parking (which is 30$/day FYI), and should have charged the moron that was smoking in his room. All this to say, if you run into any sort of inconvenience with your stay, good luck getting any sort of satisfaction for whatever happened to you… AC was ice cold in the room, and it was pretty quiet otherwise. Just think twice about booking at this place…

Mostly fine, good location, limited parking
