"The staff was very friendly and helpful from the time we checked in. The room was very clean and roomy. My daughters enjoyed it! They had an amazing breakfast, buffet style. My daughters really enjoyed the pool. The location was so close to family we were visiting. I will definitely be staying here again."

Our room had a hole in the wall by the air conditioning
The screws were loose on the bathroom door
The microwave did not work and when was told about it at the front desk, the woman said OK and did nothing. She’s not very pleasant.
The bathroom sink did not have a stopper, and there was nothing in the shower area to hold shampoos or the soap so we had to figure out what to do on our own

"Legitimately the worst hotel I've ever stayed in.
Toilets leaking and falling off the walls, shower heads as well.
Pool completely closed off.

"This was a lovely stay! We were in town for a wedding, and mostly I was just looking for a place to sleep afterwards. However, we fell in love with this spot! It's beautifully decorated and everything is meant to make you feel at home in your own castle.
Everything was sparkling clean and well thought out. The bathrooms were gorgeous and the bed was very comfortable. We'd definitely stay here again!"

"There was a cockroach in the room, the tv didn’t work, it was generally creepy and there wasn’t a toplock for the door so I had to push a table against the door because someone could actually just walk in. For a woman traveling by herself, it was an actual nightmare. Go to the sleep inn, atleast your door is inside and it’s probably cleaner."
