"We really enjoyed our stay at Colton House! The entire property was incredibly clean, and the bed was so comfortable. We especially loved the cozy, eclectic libraries throughout the hotel, each with its own unique decor and charm. The backyard area with the coffee shop and bar was the perfect spot to kick back and relax. The staff was friendly and helpful! They brought us a fan when we requested one and were great about accommodating a late checkout. Our only minor complaint was the shower...

"Great breakfast!"

"Friendly staff"

"The place is old, no maintenance at all. 3 bulbs broken, dirty towels, dirty carpets, etc. Paid $600 for a double room you expect at least to be clean. The entire property can be considered a perfect place to host a halloween party. Place is filthy. Chairs at the dinning hall peeling off, stained walls, and I can go on an on. "Good kitchen area"

"Nice"

"Very outdated!"

"Our room smelled like mildew and there was mold growing on the bathroom ceiling. Super expensive for what was offered. The positive about this hotel was the shuttle service to the airport."

"I liked the location, I didn’t like the property is not updated."

"The worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in, the floors were filthy, the countertops and nightstands were sticky, the sheets and pillow cases didn’t look like they had been washed. One of the rooms I booked reeked of smoke and I specifically booked two non smoking rooms. It was so bad I almost passed out. The door frames on the bathroom doors were so busted that we couldn’t even close the door. The toilet paper was soggy and we found bugs under the sink. Would not recommend this inn at all. I can send...
