"We were on our honeymoon through Italy and this was the best, most relaxing, and enjoyable experience of our trip. Sylvia was very accommodating. The breakfast was spectacular. So many natural and homemade delights. The room was spacious. A great Italian countryside experience. Make sure you have a car. Easy access to Firenze and Firesole."

"Just the best place to stay and rest in a lovely city, where you can just take a nice 40 minutes non stop walk to the historic center, or a 15-20 minutes Taxi. Staff was always helpful, but need to mention Sabrina, from the front desk, who went above and beyond giving recommendations in Spanish to help me connect better with my personal experience in Firenze. Her advice and suggestions helped me to have a better experience in Florence. Breakfast included, YES! The best part to start the...

"This is the most beautiful hotel we have ever stayed in. The 1 and 2-bedroom suites are so spacious and beautifully decorated. The bed, bedding, furniture and all the amenities in the apartment make you feel right at home. It was immaculate. The pools are beautiful, especially the infinity pool with its gorgeous views. The food at their restaurant was excellent. We were traveling from the US and didn't realize that this property is in an area best accessed by car. For anyone coming who is not...

"Very nice property and clean rooms. Restaurant on site was very good."

"Subject: Request for Partial Refund – Villa Le Fontanelle (October 7–10, 2026) I am requesting a partial refund for a three-night reservation at Villa Le Fontanelle in Florence, booked through Expedia. During our stay, we experienced serious shower problems, including a lack of hot water and interruptions to the water supply. The water did not resume promptly, making it impossible for the guests to shower properly. The guests reported the problems to hotel staff repeatedly throughout the...

"The place has an amazing view. The rooms are very spacious and clean. It also includes a courtesy shuttle that goes to the city 3 times per day and facilitate to explore the city without and avoid the inconvinient of driving around. The hotel staff is very helpful and attentive with the guest. They are always available to answer questions and provide you with valuable information to find things to do around the city."

"Staying here was an amazing experience. The hotel was beautiful and the staff were very helpful and friendly! The coffee at breakfast was amazing!"

"This was by far my favourite property during my month of travel! It was in a quieter neighbourhood which at first I was worried about but as time went on I realized I loved the area. The property itself was incredible! So cute and well kept! I will for sure stay again"

"Absolutely wonderful stay in Fiesole. The location and views were so beautiful and a really peaceful pause from the city while only being a 20ish minute bus ride outside of the hart of Florence. Our breakfast was an absolutely incredible spread. It truly felt like we were staying in a home and not just a hotel."

"Our first visit to Tuscany and this was a beautiful location. We had the 3 bedroom apartment and it was so much space. Full kitchen with terrace, living room with TV if you want it, views of the Tuscan countryside from the windows. We had breakfast on sight each day, dinner a few times. Fresh and local ingredients. I loved walking through the property seeing the animals and in the trails through the woods. Only 5km outside of Florence, it's a great location to still do the touristy things in...

"I was surprised about the hotel. My first experience in a hostel but would say that no difference to a hotel. Excellent compared to price. I would recommend and stay again"

"Beautiful rooms. Helpful staff. Nice grounds and restaurant. Situated in suburban neighborhood with other options for dinner. 12 minutes by taxi from airport. Had to walk short distance from the parking to reception with heavy suitcases though, my only complaint. Otherwise, overall a 10. Would stay here again."

"Lovely helpful staff, Andrea has good English which we really appreciated We were shown some excellent points of interest on the local map Very close to the tramway which was easy to navigate Breakfast was delicious and good healthy options 😋 Great local authentic restaurants nearby"

"The room was nice, the breakfast and setting were very lovely and we were able to park our car out front with a very minimal charge. The bus was quite handy as well."
