"The room smelled horribly. The ice machine was locked and our card wouldn’t work. The man at the front desk wouldn’t help and said there’s a liquor store across the street. If we wanted to buy some we asked for a different room. He said it’s the only one available. I’m glad it was only one night."

"The rooms had roaches and they were dirty. They didn't have no pillows, no tails and I asked if I could switch through and they said, no, and there was a lot of rooms available. It was really disgusting in there, they wouldn't want to give me my money back, I wanna get my money back does it for 2 nights. Never go back there again. "Could not check in early,so we found something to do then tried to check in at 7pm and was told my reservation was cancelled or my room was given away I ended up getting a single bed instead of two beds or how they had it advertised as two bedroom and the room we got was dirty and run down the heater didn't work so they had a cheap Walmart plug in heater that only blew cold air so we froze all night "

"Clean room, great parking and perfectly located. The only issue was thr shampoo and conditioner containers were empty but aside from that everything else was fantastic. I would stay there again."

"The bed was comfortable, the property is clean. There’s no refrigerators in the rooms. The free breakfast is continental with jimmy dean sandwiches you can warm up. The cleaning crew did a great job each day keeping the room clean."

"Rose at the front desk is AWESOME! She creates everyone with a smile and truly makes you feel welcome. She does not get flustered when the system is not working the way it should. I observed her helping pick up dishes in the little cafe area. While doing so she greeted every guest with a smile asking them how their day is going so far etc. I have been in customer service for over 35 years and truly believe she is an asset to to this hotel and company."
