"The place was absolutely perfect & charming."

"Enjoyable stay. Comfortable, clean room. Friendly, helpful staff."

"This was our first stay and we were very impressed. Great location and helpful staff. Very nice room and comfy beds. Good restaurants within walking distance. Highly recommend."

"They valued me and my family and appreciated us staying there. We had issues with the door lock and in 5 minutes someone was there to correct the problem. The food service team was attentive and couldn't have been nicer. The room was pristine and freshened up in the afternoon. Very enjoyable stay."

"Great location and in vicinity/walking to Reedy Falls, shops, food & ice cream, and Grand Bohemian Lodge, too! Walk the pathway along the river and seeing the boulder water falls was exceptionally special! Balcony was a nice view of city life. Parking for a fee was conveniently located for access to the property. Kitchen was large and equipped well for simple dinner. The Laundry room with detergent was useful, too!"

"Property was ok but the signage could use improvement. The mattress had seen better days as it was very dented. Felt like sleeping in a hole. The towels felt like sandpaper. All that aside, the staff was excellent and very helpful."

I also appreciated how quiet it was; I wasn't constantly being woken up by noise, so I was able to relax and sleep comfortably. The location is excellent and very convenient, especially if you enjoy walking. The hotel is right by Falls Park and the...

"Loved the location. I made these reservations months ago for 4 ladies, got to room had 3 towels, 2 face cloths and 2 hand towels. What the heck??"

"Our room was in need of a major renovation. There were holes in the wall where pictures had been moved, the caulking in the bathroom was cracked and gross, there was a stain on the carpet by the bed, a nasty stain on the mattress where the bottom flat sheet came off. Walls were paper thin and we heard folks walking around in the room above us. When we arrived, there were some shady folks hanging out in the parking lot behind the building. Not a great part of town. Front desk folks were cordial...

"Clean room and breakfast"

"Upon arriving we were informed there were two rooms avaliable, one with a tv but no fridge or one with a fridge and no tv. We chose the room with the TV. I was greated by a drunk man on the stairwell who attempted to grope me...it smelled terrible when we first entered and a cockroach was waiting at the door to great us. We then looked at the bed which was stained. There was marijuana stems under our bed. The TV did NOT work. The heater plug was sparking in the outlet and was taped together, it...
