"It was a tad outdated , bed not very comfortable. The bathroom didn’t look all that clean- found a hair tie on the ground. The front desk staff was very nice!"

"Clean rooms and the employees were super helpful!"

"Breakfast was pretty basic and not a lot of options. Coffee was really good though. Maybe best I've had at a hotel. Hot tub was not nearly hot enough, but pool and hot tub area were clean. Room was spacious and really good for the price. Overall good place and would stay again."

"Prefer not to write a personal evaluation."

"Upon check-in. My room was strictly customized for guests with disabilities. The mattress was low with no box spring, and the shower was small, with an attached shower chair. I called to request the reception and requested room change. Front desk told me that the only remaining rooms are similar. The shower was detached and I had to hold it while showering. "The bathtub drain was barely working. We stayed more than one night so we informed the front desk of its condition the first morning after using the shower and were told it would be taken care of however after a second night and subsequent morning shower there was no improvement. This was not a first time staying at this location and the overall condition did seem to be in need of updates. Very disappointed"

"They charge for parking"

"Hotel was fine. WiFi was an issue as it kept dropping the connection every hour or two."

"Clean room and helpful staff."

"The TV did not work all night long like the Wi-Fi was out or something"

"The 2 story hotel overall was modest and a bit dated, but the rooms had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable and the quietest AC unit I can remember. In fact, as frequent travellers, this was the quietest hotel we have ever stayed in. Finally, the front desk staff were extremely pleasant and accommodating, allowing us a late check out with no hesitation. Note that there are no elevators to the second floor."

"Staff was very friendly and courteous. Hotel was clean and very comfortable. Will definitely return when I'm in the Twin Cities again!"

"Very welcoming front desk lady. Motel seems to be newly renovated. Room was very clean, new bed, TV and the A/C- heater looked like new."
