"Clean room, excellent food and friendly staff"

"All aspects of the stay was good"

"Nicely maintained resort with value for money stay with family and kids. Need to pay more attention in B/F time by increasing the staff"

"The property as a whole is excellent....the valley view rooms are amazing. The rooms and bathrooms are great, bathrooms clean and have been renovated well. The checkin experience was sub-par - the specific manager who did our checkin was rude and un-empathetic. The restaurant is good - while they have quite a bit of options, not everything is available. The local food options are good but some of the other options such as indo-chinese cuisiine is not that that great. The house keeping staff and...

"Beautiful Property, British Heritage Property.. great service and staff. They are not just pet friendly but pet loving..Great location middle of all the tourist spots. Superb getaway from city life."

"The service team in the hotel is one of the best - always courteous, professional and caring. If you’re going to Yercaud look no further. The entire team - restaurant managers, breakfast team, front desk and house keeping team made our stay very comfortable. Prabakaran in front desk and Sathyan in the Orange restaurant took special care for us. This is my second time here and the hotel only keeps improving."

"Nice place"

"We didn’t use. But saw ppl enjoying in pool. Spa was closed"

"Good"

"Room was clean and very well "

"Shocked with the hotel. It’s little better than lodge & feel terribly cheated having paid 10k a night. I understand it was Christmas weekend but anyone booking should not pay more than 5k a night. Sheets & towels were clean "

"The web site photos are misleading. There is no worthwhile view from hotel. Lift did not work. Supposed to include free breakfast but restaurant was closed as they had no other guests. Not open for lunch either. Premium room was supposed to have 2 rooms. Second room was sofa bed in entryway. We could not cancel as we had checked in. We gave the room to our driver and found a luxury resort nearby for the same price. Do not be misled by their photos. Reviews are probably fake. Stay away from this...

"Unprofessional Management & Lack of Medical Support – Avoid This Property I am writing this review out of sheer frustration after being stonewalled by the management of **Story Resorts** following a genuine medical emergency. My family checked in on June 23rd for a two-night stay (Booked via Hotels.com, Booking Ref: 73473490080653). The initial room provided was incredibly dark and gloomy, so I paid an **additional ₹10,000 directly to the Front Desk Manager** for an upgrade. Alarmingly, the...
