Kapiti Getaway is a 5 bedroom Paraparaumu rental just a 2 minute walk to the beach with a swimming pool, and a tennis court! This resort style holiday home offers total comfort and an unbeatable location for your next Kapiti Coast holiday...

This Paraparaumu rental includes indoor/outdoor living over 2 levels. The modern and spacious living area is located upstairs, and flows onto generous decking with ample seating, a BBQ on hand, plus sea views! This bright, open living area is a good space to relax and entertain.

Or for a more formal dining option, the modern kitchen is located downstairs, where you can enjoy the breakfast bar seating and window seat position for laid back holiday brunches.

There are 5 bedrooms at this Paraparaumu accommodation, accommodating a maximum of 8 adults. The large master bedroom is situated upstairs and is fitted with a super king bed. This bedroom opens onto the upper deck for summer stays, and includes a fireplace for extra comfort during cooler weather.

You will also find bedroom 2 situated upstairs, fitted with 2 single bunk sets (where the two top bunks are suitable for children only; please see weight limit below). This bunk room opens onto the upper deck and includes a sink area for your convenience when barbecuing. The remaining 3 bedrooms at this Paraparaumu Beach holiday home are located downstairs. Bedrooms 3 and 4 each include a queen bed, and bedroom 5 is fitted with a super king bed.

You will find the main bathroom downstairs at this Kapiti Getaway, plus an ensuite bathroom in the upstairs master bedroom.

To complete your resort style living, relax pool-side with an additional BBQ area and pool house... The fully furnished pool house provides an ideal set up for summer escapes with comfortable furnishings... Plus, your own private tennis court is on hand with racquets and tennis balls provided!

Enjoy this convenient location 2 minutes walk to the beach. You are just a 5 minute walk to shops and cafe's, and a short drive to the airport and shopping centre!

A fantastic stay. The property is very well appointed. The pool was a magic addition and great for all the kids. The weather was a bit hit and miss but the property itself was fantastic. We didn’t think we would use the tennis court but found we were on it every day. Highly recommended.

Plenty of room for 10 adults with lots of different spaces to hang out great entertainment with the table tennis, pool, spa and tennis court nicely presented and clean couple of issues were that the dryer was full of wet towels when we arrived, and the upstairs shower is very slow to drain so may need some attention

The property was in a great location and bachcare were really easy to communicate with. The layout is hard with a group as kitchen, dining and living rooms separated, so hard to entertain/relax as a group. The tennis court (net broken), spa (half-empty and cold) and pool (pump broken) need maintenance and so didn't get used. Wifi very intermittent. But property was clean and beds were comfy.

We used this house to gather with family for the weekend. It has an interesting layout which took a bit of getting used to. There is lots to do in the home and close by. Beds were comfortable and the central heating made the home warm and cosy. The kitchen is well appointed. There was plenty of space for parking but the driveway is a bit tricky to manoeuvre in when many cars are there. Views are great and there are plenty of breakaway spaces if needed.

We are pleased to have rented the place for this weekend. The amenities are superb. Kids enjoyed the swimming pool, spa, sauna, table tennis and tennis.
