"Our room was upstairs on the 2nd floor. My mom is 90 there was no elevator for her. That was brutal. There was something being built near parking area which looked unfinished. We had a balcony view which looked onto the parking area. There’s a hospital across the street and during the night we heard very loud helicopter noise overhead. "The staff were all decent people but the sheets were like sleeping on plastic. The Buffett breakfast consisted of literally just toast because they were out of everything. The shades in my room were awful. Lastly, the entire hotel smelled like cigarettes and the people staying there were sketchy as hell."

We waited an hour or so for the owner to come and you could tell it’s happened multiple times before the door had marked of other attempts.i just wish I did pay full price for a not fully functioning room"

"Main problem I had was the people staying up stairs over Me was the stomping when walked all night. Had problem sleeping with me noise. I even went up stairs and asked if they could normal and the answer I got waz to mind my own business. When I come back I want a third floor room."
