"I did not get a chance to use it"

"Free breakfast was a good perk. Staff was attentive. Suite with kitchenette and separate bedroom was good, but be aware you need to go through the bedroom to access the bathroom, so you lose some privacy. My only major complaint is that on both days of our stay they were doing noisy maintenance work in the pool area and no notice of this was given. It was a cold and rainy weekend, so we were looking forward to spending lots of time at the indoor pool."

"A great hotel for families. Breakfast had both hot and cold food, lots of tables to eat at when it’s busy, lovely warm pool (not huge but clean), room was modern and very clean, parking only $5 a night. "

"No garbage bin in the room, no tissue papers, quilt had stain, both pillow covers were totally different colors (white , off white), floor wasn’t heated, soap was so hard to use, shampoo/conditioner had a very repulsive smell, moisturizer made the skin dry instead if moisturizing. No complementary water bottles. On return, When sitting in the Shuttle I did mention the airline to the driver where Im departing, but when when he came to terminal 1 he asked to get downstairs and this and that to go...

"This is a mixed review because overall we were very happy with our stay, the hotel was clean and cleaning ladies were super sweet. BUT, apparently they charge for parking passes and DO NOT inform the guests about this during check in. We were told we’ll get parking passes and didn’t tell us that there’s a fee for that. "Positives: it was about -17 outside and very worm inside, toilet worked and relatively clean, beds were OK, tv worked. Negatives: microwave was not rotating and rusted; there were no place to hang outside closes; towels were on microwave and not in the bathroom; door did not have lock inside, only outside; there were no internal phone or any way to call management; internet was locked and password was not provided; lamp on the night stand was broken, no USB ports. "
