"Good hotel overall. Staff obviously overworked and there isn’t enough. Ordering drinks takes a long time and queues at dinner in particular. "Absolutely love this place. Wonderful location and very beautiful. Visited in late October so it was very laid-back and quiet. Staff were all very friendly and welcoming. Nitsa at reception gave us some great advice for sightseeing in the area. Katrina in the dining room was very nice and provided extremely good service. Will definitely go back here again next time we’re in Kos. "

"Wow what an amazing place to stay lovely view of the coast and access to the beach. We stayed here with our family with 2 young children lots for them and us to do! The food was excellent with so many choices and changes every day. The staff are excellent made you feel really welcome and helped us out with the pram. "Location is ok, room a bit dated but still fine. Staff is amazing, Food and beverage are awful, which ruined our holiday. My daughter has type2 diabetes which can be controlled with balanced diet.
