"While we were only at this beautiful resort for 2 nights, we absolutely loved it. Unfortunately, it rained every day we were in Phuket. We can’t wait to return for more nights and hopefully better weather! The staff were amazing!"

The hotel also offers a shuttle to the downtown area several times a day. I did feel that the property was a bit expensive, as it is slightly dated. "I arrived at the hotel at midnight. No one helped with the luggages or was at the door to greet me upon entering. The way Stephen handled the check-in process was really bad, never have I experienced such a bad and rushed check-in process. I was given a room on the 4th floor, the bed had woodticks and insects on it, I asked to have it changed but the new bedding also had it.
