"Th layout of our room Premium twin was very challenging. Shower Room completely transparent, opposite the only window, for 2 women sharing a room, it is VERY difficult. The long sofa faces the shower with no small coffee table to hold drinks. We travel a lot, this is one of the most difficult room to handle. BUT the staffs are wonderful: especially the dinning room Teresa and Christiane; attentive, polite and effective..thank you"

"A estadia no Spot Family Apartments foi excelente, com destaque para: - A acomodação é ampla e igual as fotos; - Acomodação limpa. Sou alérgico a ácaro/poeira e não tive problemas; - Banheiro limpo e espaçoso; - Apesar de não ter utilizado, mas a acomodação tinha uma ótima estrutura para realizar as refeições; - A localização é ótima. "

"Area surrounding hotel was nice and it was easy walking distance to the historic centre. Staff were really helpful. We had a privilege garden view room and it was pleasing - nuxe shampoo/ conditioner , shower gel etc and a Dyson hairdryer which was a nice touch . Dressing gowns also provided. Breakfast was ok- enough on offer to please most . Would definitely recommend and would return if staying in Porto again . The pool ( heated) was a welcome addition after a day exploring Porto . "

"An outstanding hotel. Room was perfect, spacious and comfortable. All the staff were excellent and the service was impeccable. The breakfast range was extensive and all really tasty. The restaurants were both lovely and the view from the rooftop was a highlight. The spa facilities were superb and the treatments were excellent making for a relaxing experience."

"Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Porto. L'hôtel ayant contribué à cette satisfaction. L'hôtel est bien placé, la chambre était très propre avec une belle déco et une literie confortable. Elle était relativement bien insonorisée malgré une circulation importante devant l'hôtel. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le petit déjeuner. Il est bien placé pour les visites à pieds Je le recommande."

"I loved that the hotel was removed from the touristy area, but still within walking distance of everything. Our room was very clean, and the cleaning service each day was very kind and quick. The service from all staff was amazing. Food and beverages were top notch. 100/10 would stay here again."

"Loved the location of this hotel. The vibe by the river was amazing, with great little restaurants along the strip. Location to bridge/downtown Porto was so convenient, and gave us a little escape from the downtown core. Gaia has beautiful views across the water to Porto. "

"Decepcionante: No merece la pena pagar por el “upgrade” de vistas y falta de orientación al cliente El hotel ofrece la opción de pagar un extra por una habitación en una planta alta con “vistas”, pero esto es engañoso. La diferencia de precio no está justificada, ya que las vistas no son realmente destacables. Recomiendo reservar una habitación estándar y ahorrar ese coste adicional. Además, la atención en recepción no fue la esperada. La recepcionista insistía en vender su punto de vista en lugar de escuchar y atender las necesidades del cliente, lo que demuestra una falta de orientación al servicio. Un trato más empático y centrado en el huésped mejoraría la experiencia en el hotel."
