"Clean and spacious room. The pool and jacuzzi area is beautiful and large. Nice touch of having chocolate hour at 2 pm. The receptionist was very helpful and friendly. The only negative is that the floors in the bathroom were completely wet after showering ( I think we were assigned the accessible room). Close by trams and the railway station. Beautiful hotel and friendly staff! Will definitely stay here again."

"Pros. Good location. Close by parking option. Very clean room. Fully decked out kitchenette (not used). Big comfortable bed. Quite during the night (early morning noise from I suspect renovations). Perfect temperature. Modern feel. Good view. Helpful front desk. Plenty of power points. Cons. Water comes out of the shower recess and thoroughly wets the bathroom floor. Plenty of ingredients to make tea or coffee except sugar. There is some device attached to the side of the AC head...

"The staff are exceptional!!! The location cannot be beat! We had our choices for coffee every morning and loved the people watching. The Summer market was across the street and so so great! Another market is also across the street in the other direction. And then there are THOUSANDS of eateries in every direction. Access to the free tram just a block away. The hotel has every amenity right down to (free I believe) self serve laundry and free sparkling water. The hotel is not "fancy." It is...
