"The property was great, very clean, easy to get too and near somewhere to eat. Check in was a terrible experience, the sign on the door said they would be back in ten minutes but turned out someone was there so waited for no reason. The the guy couldn’t figure out my name so he nicked my phone and started scrolling through it until I forced him to give it back. The other problem was the Internet which was completely non existent. The internet is no longer a luxury, it’s a necessity especially if...

"The superior twin room we were initially allocated had no windows, and the TV was mounted on the side of one bed, making it unsuitable for both guests to watch comfortably. In our opinion, these appeared to be standard rooms rather than superior rooms. After we raised our concerns, we were moved to another room which did have a window and a TV positioned facing both beds. However, the air conditioning in this room was not working. I would like to mention that Nas from maintenance was excellent....

"The staff and service were amazing, my partner and I decided to book an overnight stay for our anniversary, we didn't inform them prior, nor make any special requests, but they still surprised us with a complementary anniversary cake, as well as a discounted room upgrade! The staff didn't even let us open any doors, whether it was taxi, or hotel entrance. The hotel was beautiful, the amenities were fantastic, felt like kings and queens for a night. Thanks 1 Hotel :)"
