"This was my first time visiting Australia and I had a great stay in Melbourne. We hosted a big brand trip with influencers at the hotel and the staff were incredibly attentive, looking after both me and our influencers throughout the stay. Whenever we needed anything, they were quick to accommodate and always very friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is really nice, not too big, and located in a great area with lots of places to eat nearby. I felt very well looked after and would definitely...

"A lovely new hotel in a central location. Really comfortable modern room. "

"Staff were friendly. However, the building turned the ac off for the entire hotel following complaints from a few guests of being cold one day due to the weather. When asked about this, they said they can't turn on ac in select rooms, and instead gave us a fan for our room. Additionally housekeeping only came the first day of our 5 day stay. "

"The standout are the staff and Collins place breakfast. Rooms were loud as you could hear others in their rooms and bathrooms. Very warm room and aircon don’t seem to work. Could hear lifts move up and down despite being a few rooms away. Bed was comfortable."
