"What can I say? I love this place! We had just stayed here once before, and when I came in to check in Arti at the front desk said “welcome back sir” and then added “we remember you”. "We booked an apartment, booking shows good for 4 people. When showed up, one to had no bed. We were informed to use the king bed for 3 people and sofa for 4th person. We were charged 2000Rs per extra 2 beds. We had airport pickup included, which we were charged for as our flights were delayed. We were informed that we are party of 4 with 5 large bags. They send 2 small cars and charged for both.
Extra bed and airport pickup charges were dropped upon talking to the manager. It's an hassle, seems...
