A special building where you will find everything you need for a great stay. In this historical part of the city, it is common for many buildings to lack elevators, this our case as well. Furthermore, the neighborhood boasts a vibrant nightlife scene, with charming bars and entertainment venues that enhance its allure in a manner that complements its cultural richness. If you're looking to enjoy the nightlife, you're in the right place. Just keep in mind that there might be some noise from the surrounding area at night. We truly appreciate your understanding.

The apartment is generally quite nice and the location as such as well, bit there was super loud music playing every day from about 9pm to 4am. Bad quality windows that felt like a band was playing inside the apartment. If it were not for the noise, I would stay there again.

Inside property is exactly how described. I actually think the pictures did not do it justice. Was very clean, loved the huge heavy entrance door. Definitely made me feel safe. Would be nice if there was a little peep hole to see outside, but not a deal breaker. Loved loved loved the sliding door off both the living room and bedroom. Would have been nice to have a tv unit in the bedroom. The pull down shutters made it totally cozy at night. Hot water in shower was great! Appliances came in super handy. I loved the convenience of the little grocery store outside. Definitely for younger ppl or those that do not mind the noise of the night life because there are about 4 clubs right outside the property and the music goes until about 2-3am during the week and until about 5am on Saturdays 😯 only downside are the men sitting outside on the steps when your going and coming into the building. I didn’t like having to encounter them daily. They were not harmful but they did ask for money. Huge plus is that the police patrol right outside as well. So safety definitely was not a concern. Overall, I loved the place and will be back!
