★ Private Boat Launch in Backyard -You are responsible for researching low tide/high tide times and if your particular boat is able to be launched. Recommend small watercraft (jet skis, fishing boat, etc.)

**PET FRIENDLY - 1 DOG ONLY, NO CATS**
-Must be 25 years and older to book property
-No Smoking or Vaping on the property
-Events permitted with fee
-Swim at your own risk and water is shallow near the water break and dock area. NO DIVING
-Stack outdoor furniture chairs together when not in use. This will prevent them blowing into the water. Bungee cords are available to secure chairs. This must be done as well when you do your final departure from the property.
-Trash days are Thursday. Please have trash at the end of the driveway on Wednesday for trash removal.
-Do not leave trash in the yard. Please remove trash from the outside yard on your final departure from the property. Additional
fee may be imposed for failure to comply.
-Please refrain leaving doors/windows opened and running the HVAC unit at the same time. This causes a heavy strain on the system due to high humidity from the outside air.
-Do not set HVAC temp below 70 degrees.
-Clean up after your pet.
-Contact host and inform what type of animal you are bringing.
-Animal must have all shots that are required by a veterinarian.
-Animal must be with an adult while outside at all times and on a leash.
-Registered guest has full responsibility of the animal during the stay.

Beautiful sunsets

This one is a little off the beaten path but well worth it. We picked here for the beautiful waterfront views and the proximity to my son’s house. Our 2 and 3 yr old grandchildren got to stay with us the whole time as we had plenty of room for everyone. Had a great time here and would definitely stay again!

Very well appointed house!

Our stay was very comfortable and enjoyable thanks to the excellent communication from the owner and how well equipped the house is. It's a little bit of a drive to town, but in a nice and secluded and quiet location. At extreme low tides our boat went dry, but it wasn't a big deal.

Misled

This was a nice house that was way off the beaten path. It was advertised as having a private boat launch but the launch area was damaged and full of debris and trash. The property was not cleaned prior to our arrival and previous tenants subscription medicine was on the counter and accessible to our toddler. Property owner knew we were bringing a boat but failed to mention that boat launch was damaged and not usable. They were happy to take our money though. Also, if you are bringing a boat with you beware, this property is on the east side of the bay and even a slight wind will build across the bay and your boat will get beat up if tied to the pier. There is less than 2' of water at the pier and you must be very aware of tide levels.
