"Parking is a nightmare. Housekeeping is lacking. Pool doesn’t get sun until 11am ish. Staff is wonderful and goes the extra mile to help you. Great view from the room balcony. Room is roomy. Mattresses are very comfortable."

"The room was cleaned only once in the four nights we were there. Some of the furniture in the room, such as the chairs, tables, and cabinets under the TV, were old, broken, and dirty. We didn't find a blood pressure monitor in the hotel for emergencies. They didn't even refill the empty shampoo ..."
