Hip hip hooray for ChardonYay! Enjoy the ultimate family vacation or couples getaway in this beautiful home with all the amenities. From the large front porch, you enter directly in to the spacious, open living room and kitchen. This bright, happy space looks out on your private pool and large pool deck. The kitchen is fully stocked with blender, cuisinart, toaster oven, Keurig, and all the pots, pans, and utensils you need for enjoying meals at home. Step out to the pool deck or unpack your bags in the large downstairs bedroom. This bedrooms features a queen size bed and updated ensuite bathroom.

Head upstairs to 1 of 2 master suites. The front of the house master features 2 balconies. One balcony overlooks the pool at Rosemary and one offers the perfect, quiet nook for enjoying that first cup of coffee in the morning. The master also includes a huge walk in closet, and large bathroom. Bathroom has his and hers sinks, private toilet, large shower and luxurious soaking tub. Also on the 2nd floor is additional master suite with large private balcony overlooking the private pool. This bedroom also has an en-suite bathroom.

The 3rd floor is dedicated to fun. The top floor features a spacious double bunk room and private bathroom. Kids will love having their own private level.

ChardonYay offers the perfect setting for your family vacation or adult getaway. Park your car when you arrive and walk or ride your bike everywhere. Activities abound at ChardonYay! Enjoy sunning on the large pool deck, swimming in the private, heated pool or wander down the palm lined promenade to the neighborhood's private beach. Take a stroll or grab your bike and explore some of 30a's best neighborhoods right outside your door. Water's Edge is adjacent to Rosemary Beach and a few short blocks from Alys Beach making some of the finest restaurants on 30a just steps away. Take the kids for ice cream after dinner at Rosemary's Sugar Shack or ride to the donut truck every morning in Alys. Grab a beer and listen to acoustic guitar across the street at Peddlers. We love the Water’s Edge community. We have stayed in other houses there. The location is perfect. Very walkable to lots of food, shopping, and obviously the beach. This house was good and we enjoyed our stay. The beds were clean and comfortable. It could use some cosmetic love…and a cleaning on the furniture. Otherwise, great.

Perfect getaway

Loved the Rosemary Beach location! Shopping and many places to eat! Easy and private access to beach. Having private pool was wonderful! Kitchen fully stocked with everything needed. Third floor was perfect for kids! Enough room for entire family to have own space and own bathrooms!!

Beach Getaways

Amazing home !!! Wonderful location

Hard to find words to explain but we had an amazing 7 day stay at this beautiful home. It had everything we could possibly need. The host took care of us in every way and tended to anything that came up but not much came up that needed host’s attention.

Emphasis on the YAY!!

Our stay at ChardonYAY was amazing! Blair was the most responsive host, and when we ran into few issues (outside of anyone's control) she worked hard to make things right. We would highly recommend this perfect location, clean house (comfortable beds!) and welcoming host.

First Blair was great to communicate with. Her response time was pretty much immediate. The house was beautiful and well stocked. The location is just across the street from all the dining and shopping and just a short walk to the beach. It was perfect!!!!!!

Park the car and enjoy paradise

ChardonYay was awesome. The host is excellent. Very clear and timely instructions and recommendations. Super responsive throughout the entire experience. The house was exactly as described. So many nice little outdoor spots to sit and read. The pool, patio and grill are a really nice place to wind down the day. The beach is SO close. Kids were able to run back and forth for lunches. The chair service is amazing. The host gives you 2 chairs. But easy to order more. A luxury to show up in the morning with everything just ready. (I’m usually the one having to drag everything to the beach and attempt to get it all set it up just so…) :) At night, Rosemary is great. It’s literally across the street. Plenty to offer right there. Alys is a nice walk for even more options. From the location to the host to the house itself, this stay was a 5 star A+. Thank you!

Wonderful FL vacation!

This house and neighborhood were perfect for our family vacation! Blair (owner) was incredibly responsive and helpful and I enjoyed interacting with her throughout the booking process and our stay. Our kids loved their time at the beach and the pool at the house was great too! The layout is perfect for families with kids and it has all the amenities you could need. We hope to come back :)

Great Beach Stay!

We had a fantastic stay at this beach house! The location was perfect, offering easy access to both the beach and the town, making our vacation convenient and enjoyable. Wonderful trip!

The house was great. We had thermostat issues on our third day and Blair was very responsive and helpful and we got everything working quickly. Location is fantastic! We enjoyed the pool and particularly appreciated that the alarm for the back door could be turned off before opening it. We’ve stayed in houses where you just had to endure a really loud alarm every time you opened the back door. This was much better and still provided the safety of an alarm to prevent small children from going out the back door unnoticed. Definitely recommend this property and Blair in particular. Thanks Blair for being such a great host!

Convenient location

We had a very nice time at this property. There was so much room! Convenient to have the included chairs and umbrellas set up at the beach. The location was great and we could walk to everything. We didn't need bikes.

Great house, great location, great host.

My wife and I have been coming down to 30A for over 25 years and have stayed at multiple properties in the area. This will be on the very short list of properties we will consider for our next trip. The house was clean, well appointed, and exactly as described. We had a short walk to the beach, chairs reserved, and a nice pool and patio to return to. We had an enjoyable time with family and friends, the house was in good shape with everything working, and is in a fantastic location. Blair was also awesome to work with. She was very responsive any time we had a question or request. Highly recommend!!

First Family Vacay

We loved everything about our stay in this unit! Beautiful house and the pool was perfect for our group. Such a short walk to the beach and the guaranteed 2 beach chairs on the front row were nice. Blair was wonderful in answering any of my questions prior to our arrival with some being months in advance. We would definitely try to book this house if we return to this area.
