One of the few one bedrooms at Long Beach Resort that sleeps six!!!


The remodel is done and it turned out beautifully with an ultra modern vibe!! The kitchen has been updated with granite, beautiful tile backsplash, upgraded cabinetry, and stainless steel appliances. The living room features a gorgeous white leather sectional style sofa with one part being a queen sleeper sofa, the master bedroom is a two queen beds with all new bed linens and premium mattress, both rooms have large flat screen tvs. This unit has beautiful stained concrete floors which look just like the gorgeous Gulf of Mexico!! It already has an updated tiled walk in shower spa and granite countertops with new cabinets in the bathroom.

Long Beach Resort has gated access w/security 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Parking is directly in front of your building--not across the street or in a high-rise tight parking garage! There are three pools, two polynesian style pools that are seasonally heated and the huge 6800 sq ft Lagoon pool with tropical islands and waterfalls. Each pool has it's own jacuzzi hot tub. Enjoy a burger and your favorite beverage at the Lagoon poolside bar and grill, The Hangout, which is open March thru September. Long Beach is conveniently located near all the great restaurants, golf courses, putt putt, kids attractions and don't worry if you forget something, Wal Mart is just down the street and Pier Park is just a short, scenic drive down Front Beach Road!

Very pleased with our stay

This condo is perfect for a small family of four. The beds are very comfortable and condo is very clean. This is the second time we stay in this property and we are very pleased.

Would stay again!

We had an amazing stay! The area was very busy being a holiday weekend but the pools were not over crowded. The beach was busy and a little much but we went to St Andrews for the jetty pool a few days, again crowded but worth it. Everything we would have needed to cook was right there in the condo. Staff (security) were super friendly and helpful. Definitely would stay again!

Amazing Beachfront Condo

Great condo

We stayed for 4 nights and the condo was great. Very clean and had everything we needed. Kim was very helpful. It had a great view of the ocean, which is what we were looking for and 2 chairs and an umbrella were provided and that was very convenient. We will definitely be back

Won’t stay in this unit again

Floors were not clean, supplies that were supposed to be there weren’t. Pan and coffee carafe were not clean. Would be better if there were a king size bed instead of 2 queens. Shower and bathroom were nice. Also would be nice if there was a dining table on the deck, even if just for 2 people.

Perfect location

We loved the location! The unit could have used some updating and some deep cleaning. But we did have everything we needed. Appliances were nice and were clean. The under counter ice maker did not make much ice and kept melting. The outdoor furniture could use new chair pads. Just some suggestions to make it a really nice condo!

Good location

Ok ,but it needs somge tender !loving care. Patio door ,didnt work very well, lofts of dirt in track. Stove was a nuisance didnt work most of the time. Elivators are scary. Location was good. Weather ,beautiful.

Ladies trip

Pictures online were deceiving. Was much smaller. Living room was very outdated. The kitchen was nice. There was not any plastic containers for food storage . Cereal bowls were out of reach. Nice bedspreads. Very big balcony, we loved the view and the space. The umbrella and chairs on the beach was a big plus. The water was gorgeous the beach was great. There needed to be more than just one place to wash off sand. The public bathroom by the pool area was very clean and large. Pool looked great but we didn’t swim in it. Overall it was a nice place to stay. Room was very old but ok for just a few ladies for a nice getaway.

Great location

The rental process was quick and easy. I was able to speak with management when we arrived 40 min before check in. They were very nice and let us in the condo 40 min early. The condo had all the appliances needed for a week stay. The view to the ocean was beautiful and relaxing. The pools were very clean and the bar offered great drinks! The location is perfect! You have shopping centers, restaurants, grocery stores, and anything you may need walking distance! My only complaint was the cleanliness. The sleeper sofa was so dirty, every time we opened it for the kids to sleep in, crumbs fell off. Old food was stuck in the cracks and fell to the old rug under it. It was very gross. I had to vacuum under it every time! The master bedroom was clean, but the bathroom shower moldy. Everything else was great! I will return to Longbeach resort but will rent a different condo. Our friends condos were much nicer and cleaner.

Nice place

We have stayed at Long Beach for the last 7 years at different towers and this condo is the nicest so far. The photos on line had to be taken when the renovation was completed (looks like years ago) as it needs some updates. Living room couch is ok but the side piece does'nt connect and is loose at the end. Shower drain was clogged but Kim had it cleared same day. Overall a pleasant stay and would recommend renting from Kim's Condos.

Fantastic condo

We enjoyed our stay. Everything was great and the bed was very comfortable. Our only complaint was that the temperature couldn’t be turned below 70 but I understand why it is that way. We would definitely stay here again.

Some issues

We had no instructions on a TV with 6 remotes . They tried to walk us through, scheduled to come first thing in the morning. We finally got it that night. None of the sink drains worked well , no cold water in kitchen sink. Had an issue with the toilet, book in room was for a different condominium place . After no one came 3 hours later we called different number on check in sheet. I insisted it was fixed before morning . Which it was and eventhough the man was probably not happy about coming , he was nice about it. Lastly , the dishwasher did not seem to be working properly when we left , turned it on and hoped for the best. No linens we provided for the kitchen and wash cloths were horrible! I had to clean microwave before I could use it, greasy, top of frig same .coffee pot was never cleaned , grounds still there. Had to wash all dishes by hand. Light burned out in bathroom. I won't rent that unit again.

A little disappointed

The location and the beach were awesome. The pool area and the Hang out was very nice. The condo itself was a little disappointing. The condo as soon as we opened the door had an unusual smell. It listed as being remodel which I believe it had been. In some areas. If I was giving a grade on the condo it would be a "C", the view would be an "A".

Wonderful place to stay!

We were very relaxed all week. Kim was great and easy to work with. Which made the trip even better. I will definitely be be referring this condo to other people.
