Welcome to unit 613 at Top of the Gulf! This 6th-floor unit accommodates up to 4 people and offers a fully equipped kitchen with all the amenities you need to prepare family meals. The unit features 2 queen beds for your comfort.  Perfect for small budget-friendly groups.  On-site, you'll find a fitness center on the 3rd floor, a game room on the 6th floor, shuffleboard, and an internet lounge on the 1st floor. Coin-operated laundry facilities are available on every other floor (2nd, 4th, 6th, & 8th). The large pool and kiddie pool are just steps away from the beach, offering breathtaking views of the Gulf. Located on South Thomas Drive, the complex is conveniently close to PCB's best dining, signature golf courses, deep-sea fishing, nightclubs, water and amusement parks, miniature golf, and gift shops. Major grocery stores and retailers are within a 5-10 minute drive. At Top of the Gulf, you'll find family-friendly amenities that will make your vacation truly special.

THIS PROPERTY IS 21 years old AND OLDER.

The unit accommodates up to 4 guests maximum(including children and infants of all ages) per PCB Ordinance 1632. Having more guests than the maximum of 4 allowed by law could result in a fine starting at $500 and ejection- NO MONEY WILL BE REFUNDED.

ALL GUESTS will have to register at the HOA office upon arrival to receive your parking pass. It is located on the first floor to your left as you walk in.  The cost is $30, and they accept credit cards and cash (no debit cards).

Overall, the unit was mostly clean and well kept, with the exception of a previous guest's hair in the shower. One thing to note that you will be charged an additional fee of 30-40 at check-in for parking.

The room was perfect for our trip. The beds were comfortable and kitchen and bath room had all we needed for our stay. Easy acess to pool and beach. Staff were friendly and helpful. I would definitely come back again.

ECP Top of Gulf was a Hit..!

Overall experience was extremely pleasant. From the time of reserving the property, through the payment process, check-in and checkout was seem less. Riley and Team communicated often throughout the process. Checkin was simple. Pleasantly surprised that an early 1pm check in was offered vs the standard 4pm. Condo was exactly as advertised. Price was similar to other condos in ECP. Maybe we get a return renter discount next time. I’ve stayed at other units at #TopofGulf, this by far was the best.
