    *The family room 46 inch HD LCD TV, with Stereo Surround Sound and DVD/CD/Radio.
    *The master bedroom has a king size bed, a 40 inch HD LCD TV and DVD. The adjoining bath has a marble tub with shower and granite vanity.
    *Two hall bunks will be a hit with the kids.
    *A commercial quality queen size sofa sleeper allows this unit to accommodate six guests.
    *The fully equipped kitchen has a side by side refrigerator, dish washer, culinary tools and utensils, porcelain dinner set and glassware set. The unit is also equipped with a washer and dryer.
    *A large balcony with bistro set and lounge chair.
    * Beautiful condo in newer complex with quiet west-end location away from the crowds and traffic but close to Pier Park.

The condo was clean and ready for us. Had beautiful, classy, simple decor. The host was wonderful and provided all of the information we needed. Host was responsive. The beach view from the 19th floor is unbeatable! In unit laundry and a kitchen full of all pots, pans, silverware, and dinnerware made it easy to make meals. The unit is so perfectly located near so much to do! The Splash Resort itself has so much on the lower levels to keep you entertained! The pools, splash pad, hot tub, lazy river, and kids slide/water jungle gym were great. Places to get snacks and drinks on the property are so helpful. The staff inside and outside are all so friendly! We will 1000% be back and booking this same unit!

The room was super nice! Very convenient having a washer and dryer in the room, saved us from bringing a ton of clothes. Also super nice having 2 bathrooms so we didnt have to share with the kids. We had an amazing time and will definitely look to book again in the future.

Didn’t realize this was a Kids condo. It was very loud especially in pool area. The drink and food area was closed every time we tried to go there except one time and they were out of food. We had a good time and it was nice to get away.

Amazing

We enjoyed our stay very much. No complaints here communication was great check in went smooth. We had the 6 of us 2 adults and 4 kids and it fit us great with GREAT VIEW! Got to even see dolphins swimming off our balcony. We definitely will be back and would love to stay here again next year for spring break!
