Beginning September 2nd, elevators in buildings B1 ,C1 and B2 will be undergoing repairs. The elevators will be unavailable for roughly 5 1/2 - 6 1/2 weeks.

Come enjoy more beach and fewer crowds on the east side of 30A in this adorable Gulf front Pinnacle Port condo. Filled with lots of light and personal touches, the living space has a warm welcoming atmosphere and plenty of room to stretch out. The living room extends outside to the spacious wrap-around balcony – perfect for panoramic beach views and watching the sunset over the Gulf. When you're not down at the beach or the two pools, use the free Wi-Fi to research your next 30A or Panama City Beach adventure. Curl up with a bowl of popcorn and binge-watch your favorite shows on the large TV or challenge your friend to some one-on-one basketball down at the shared court. Pinnacle Port is located on Carillon Beach, a private 24/7 gated beach community on the western most end of Panama City Beach, and is directly adjacent to 30A, Camp Helen State Park and Lake Powell.

Golf Carts are not permitted unless they are rented through Coastal Cars and Carts.
The Vacasa office is open seven days a week from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and is located on Carillon Market Street for guest assistance.
Boat ramp access (boat parking fees apply)

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 7.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

A great stay!

I have stayed in many properties at Pinnacle Port, and this one ranks at the top! Clean, spacious, well- equipped! Would love ceiling fans, but each room had a standing fan in them so it was fine! Would definitely book again!

Hot and humid with NO AC

Unit was clean and updated but upon arriving we walked into a unit full of fans running because there was little to no AC. I immediately call the management office where I was informed that the Chillers had been down since July 4th. No one contacted me in advance to inform me of the problem prior to our travels. I was offered a refund if we vacated the property. But my family had traveled 650 miles for a family reunion with my 86 year old mother so leaving was not an option. I was not offered a unit with working AC.

Arrived at unit and it was like walking into a sauna. Air conditioner did not work. Notified property manager by phone and text. Only response was they were sorry and put in a work order. Very disappointed, not worth the amount charged. My son-in-law went to the office after checking out to put in a complaint as we had to get the airport early and was told they would reach out to me the next day. Have not heard a word out of VACASA.

It was a workout instead of a vacation

The elevator was broke when we checked in and it was still broke when we checked out 6 days later. We were on the top floor and had to walk 85-90 step just to go to the room. If you are just doing this once it wouldn’t be that bad but when you do it for 6-7 days MULTIPLE times a day to carry up groceries, waters, luggage and everything else it’s TERRIBLE. the room itself was good but the elevator being broke for that long is ridiculous. My husband works a lot and we only get one family vacation a year and this made our vacation very aggravating. You don’t want to spend that much money on a vacation and then work the entire time you’ve came to relax. Even the kids didn’t want to go anywhere because nobody wanted to walk those steps that much. One day I counted 9 times I had to go up and down the steps going to the beach, pool, eat, store, etc. that is over 700 steps and that’s just one day! I can’t imagine if we had someone that was older with us or a baby that we had to carry up the steps that much. We called multiple times and nobody seemed to think it was a big deal. Very frustrating!

Perfect Ocean view

Overall stay at this location was fantastic. Outside of condo looks dated but inside was surprising. Unit is right off the elevator and stairs. Easy access to beach and pools. The view from the corner balcony was great (does get quite windy). There are two sliding glass doors to get onto the balcony but one was blocked off by the couch. The cleanliness of the unit was good. Feet did get dirty/black when walking around barefoot. Not sure if from in the unit or the balcony. Otherwise it was spotless. Master bed was comfortable with abundant amount of pillows. Other two bedrooms without complaints from the kids. Plenty of bath towels, washcloths and 3 beach towels. Kitchen was fully stocked. Only supply two dishwasher and two laundry pods. Washer and dryer work well. Beach wasn’t crowded. There are some random beach supplies which we didn’t use but saw on the balcony. We would definitely stay here again. A great time had by all.

Beautiful condo! Great location

The unit was not cleaned. I left a detailed list of all concerns at vacasa. No washer until Thursday evening. Other concerns Include Internet service, television troubles. I think all issues we’re maintenance/ cleaning related. The unit is lovely. Beds were great! I will rent this unit again. I have stayed at pinnacle port several times.

Gorgeous Unit Great Views

Fantastic unit, super clean, and I’m picky. Classic coastal decor, very nice. Management company was terrific. Community is lovely, convenient to pharmacy, grocery, 30A and Pier Park. Being on the top floor was nice and quiet. My only suggestion would be to have keypad entry rather than having to keep up with a key. Thanks for the great stay!
