There are several beaches nearby, some are a short walk or bike ride, OR you can use our golf cart!
*We keep our personal Jeep stored in the garage*
There are two parking spots and of course there's also room for the golf cart in the garage.

Now to the good stuff... (exact beach details at the bottom of this description)

Welcome to our little slice of paradise, "Sea-Struck" at Prominence, 30A's newest development. This is a tri-plex townhouse, (attached 3 unit dwelling) being a townhome means you won't have anyone above you! Located just 2.5 blocks from the 5,000 sqft resort pool (not heated), This 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath is beautifully decorated with modern, yet cozy, neutral decor' that is sure to put you in "vaca-mode" from the moment you walk through the door! The comfortable and cozy furnishings will make you feel right at home! The kitchen is a chef's dream, you will have all you need to prepare meals and entertain just the way you do for family and friends at home. Bring your favorite K-cups and use the Keurig, (we also have a regular coffee maker)
The dining area has a big round table with seating for 6, (also perfect for family board games-which we have as well...) and 4 extra barstools at the island. The open living and dining areas have 10' ceilings and plenty of windows for a bright and spacious feel, with the sofa pulling to a queen bed. There is a large smart TV in the living room and Sonos for your entertainment.
The large laundry room (off the kitchen) has a full-size washer and dryer, an iron/ironing board and a steamer!
Upstairs you will love the hardwood floors (no carpet here!)
The open and airy master suite offers a luxurious king bed, a white noise maker for the best night's sleep ever! Enjoy the spacious adjoining master bathroom with double vanities and floor to ceiling tile in the shower.
The second bedroom offers a comfy queen bed and a white noise maker as well! As for the third bedroom, the kiddos will LOVE the built in bunks (one FULL/FULL and one twin/twin)! and an over-sized CordaRoy's beanbag!
All bedrooms have smart televisions, as well as USB ports (in master and 2nd bedroom) for ultimate convenience! There's also a full bathroom upstairs.
Step outside (right off the living area) onto the private deck and enjoy your coffee or wine, we back up to a wooded area, super peaceful, OR turn on the multi-colored party lights :)
To really set us apart, not only do we self-manage, we pride ourselves on giving excellent customer service to all of our guests! What that means for you is that you are in communication with the owner (me) during the planning of your trip!
The town of Prominence is a 30A hotspot, and offers a number of amenities that are certain make this vacation one to remember, with a 5,000 sq. ft. pool (seasonally heated) with cabanas surrounding the poolside and easy access to The Hub on 30A! (Literally right across 30A)

*PLEASE NOTE Prominence does NOT have direct deeded beach access, there are MANY options, some are a short walk or bike ride, others you may want to use the golf cart!
The Hub is a gathering spot with something for folks of all ages and tastes, from tacos and tequila, to wings, burgers and shakes, a stop here is quick, tasty and convenient, and comes with a side of entertainment at the outdoor amphitheater. It's a great place to catch a concert, sporting event, or a movie on the lawn. Get all your souvenirs here too! Lots of boutiques and specialty shops including Luke Bryan's "Shore thing" cigar shop!
Centrally located, Prominence is right in the middle of it all... with Seaside & Seagrove Beach on the West and Alys & Rosemary on the East and just 20 minutes to Pier Park! Experience all that 30A has to offer... you'll be right in the middle of it all!

.8 miles from entry to Prominence neighborhood. Then a 5-10 min walk across boardwalk. $3 per car entry fee. You can bike it in 10 mins or less, then it takes about 5 mins to walk from the parking lot onto the ramp that goes over beautiful dunes.
The beach is typically not crowded. There are no restrooms or showers (there is a port-a-potty in the parking lot) ***at this beach and alcohol is NOT allowed, as it is a

2. Gulf Lake Estates Access is .8 miles to the east of Prominence.
Has bike parking & fresh water shower. No restrooms. No parking. 15 min. lovely bike ride.

4. Inlet Beach is about a 4 mile drive from Prominence. Nice restrooms, parking, easy access to the beach. Seasonal lifeguards and chairs/umbrellas for rent. This one you will need to take your car, as *golf carts are NOT ALLOWED on this end of 30A*. This one is worth the drive there, you can stop in Rosemary for lunch or dinner while you're out that way!

Excellent!!

I have booked many properties on VRBO over the years and this was simply the best. When you book a vacation you want the experience to be able to focus on spending time with your family. Jill makes the experience top notch. When you have an owner that is easy to get in touch with and is quick to respond it is so satisfying. She is proactive and even gives great recommendations along the way. We will definately be back!!

Florida Vacation

We enjoyed this property and its location. It was near the beaches with easy access via golf cart or our car. The Golf Cart was provided by owner. This neighborhood, appears to be made just for vacationers - it has 2 pools - one on each side of 30A and on southside of 30A - the place is geared to families - bands, movies, and much more. Loved this place. Spoke several times with the owner and she was very easy to communicate with and gave us great ideas for activities and beaches to visit.

All around great place for family vacation

Great place. Great Host. Clean. Nice furnishings and decor. Loved all the board games provided. Kids played in the heated pool. But was too cold for the adults. We really enjoyed driving around 30a on the golf cart.

Beautiful place

The condo was beautiful. Jill is such a kind host and was so helpful in recommending beaches and restaurants to visit during our stay. She is always willing to resolve any concerns you might have to improve your stay. I would recommend you rent a car in order to visit the beaches in the area since some do not allow golf carts or are a little further away to drive to in a golf cart. My kids who are 4 and 6 loved the condo and beaches. Definitely worth seeing.

Absolutely amazing rental on 30A. Great neighborhood not far from the best beaches in the US. Jill (the owner) was so pleasant to work with and very prompt on responding. We will definitely rent her place(s) again.

Great Location

The owner of the property was very responsive and proactive in communicating! The kitchen and rooms were stocked and clean. The setup was family / group friendly. Easy walk to pool & hub, but having the cart made things super enjoyable! We will be back! Thanks for making our trip easy and relaxing!

First time in 30A area was perfect!

We headed down to Seastruck for our first vacation as a family of 5 (daughters ages 3, 6 and 10) and also for our first vacation to the 30A area. It was fantastic! The townhome was exactly as described and gorgeous. The location was centrally located to all of the 30A hotspots. The complex's pool was just right for kids/ new swimmers. We checked out Santa Clara Beach, Inlet Beach and Deer Lake State Park. DLSP was our favorite- granted, it was spring break- but we found it to be a little more family friendly and the water was much calmer than the other beaches. Jill was so hospitable- very responsive and helpful with recommendations. Thank you!!

Wonderful house!!!

This house was lovely, immaculately clean, and convenient to everything you come to 30-A for! Communication was the best I’ve ever had from VRBO, check in was a breeze, and the hosts were always helpful. We all commented on how comfortable the beds were and the living room is a great set up for family time after you’ve been out and about. Would 100% recommend this lovely property!!!

second time staying in this community and first time in a 3 bedroom. it was awesome! so much room for 2 adults and 3 kids. The owner Jill is very easy to communicate with. The golf cart is a must if you want to get around easily. we loved the sunsets from santa clara beach access!

Excellence at Sea-Struck!

This property was absolutely perfect for our girls weekend getaway! The owner Jill was always in contact with us and gave us lots of tips before our trip. The unit was spotless, cozy, had a perfect gathering space downstairs, and the beds were amazing. Check in and out was super easy. Location is great and you can visit all of the surrounding areas with ease. I definitely recommend Sea-Struck!

Great property!

Great property, very clean and well decorated. I loved the Sonos speaker in the kitchen and greatly appreciated the Keurig machine. Bunk bed for the kids was great, much more sleeping room than most. Having the golf cart to use is a huge plus. The beach access is always a struggle when you stay in this neighborhood, but that’s the only downside. Works fine with older kids who can help carry things and just knowing the situation up front.

My kids had a blast! This community has great pools, the Hub, and kids riding bikes everywhere. The golf cart was fun, and made getting around convenient. The townhouse is very modern and updated. The owner really cares about your experience.

Perfect house for a 30A getaway

I can’t say enough good things about our experience with Jill’s property. It’s the perfect location, communication was easy, and the house was gorgeous. We had more than enough linens and blankets and even welcome snacks! The decor is beautiful and we loved taking the golf cart around the complex. We’re excited to return again in future years.

Wonderful place to call home

We have taken only a few beach vacations with our small children and, to be completely honest, they are more of a pain than enjoyable. What I loved so much about this home was that there were so many thoughtful touches that added ease to your stay. Things that especially moms appreciate like extra hooks everywhere you need them, extra blankets and pillows, giant bean bag, games, TVs everywhere, wireless charging stations. The bunk room made my 3 and 5 yo giddy. The golf cart makes lugging all your kid stuff a breeze. Jill, the owner, and Todd, the concierge, were attentive and reliable. Oh, and the beds were super comfy! We definitely want to come back.

Beautiful memories on 30A

Jill was an amazing host-responsive, thorough, friendly. The unit was clean and in a good location, across from the HUB. Beyond the beach, our family enjoyed walking nature trails at Camp Helen SP, touring the house at grounds at Eden Gardens SP, Man in the Sea Museum, having ice cream at Kilwins in Rosemary Beach, and playing mini golf at Coconut Creek. A lovely stay

Two families with all the littles (aged 4-10) enjoyed a wonderful week here. The home strikes a delightful balance between beautiful and comfortable. The bunk room was a perfect fit and huge hit with the kids. The golf cart was so fun and useful. The beach was an easy cart ride or a moderate walk away (park beach access which is closest was closed). The home is well appointed kitchen and linen wise. The location was great for walking to The Hub for coffee or shopping. 10/10 would recommend.

Picture Perfect Vacation

We throughly enjoyed our time in 30A! The property was perfect for our family of 5, could have slept even more, but was great to have space to spread out. The Proximity to the Hub was perfect and had everything we needed. The beaches were mostly red and double red flags during our trip, but we learned that the kids could still skim board on Grayton Beach, so we spent a few days there. We cooked a few meals and grilled by the pool area. Kitchen is set up well. Thanks so much, would definitely stay again!

Perfect winter get away

The townhome was just as expected and better. Beautifully decorated and more than enough space for large families. Jill right after booking was always a text away and was very helpful. Golf cart is a plus just dont venture off too far you will need to save battery to get back. We love seaside and the seagrove area just the perfect beach vacation.

Really Nice!

Everything about our stay was great! The house was very clean and felt brand new, and the location was perfect. The Hub and the community pool were just a short walk or golf cart ride away. Beach access was a little further away, but was still just a short golf cart ride away. We would definitely stay here again!
