  • Este condominio está ubicado en la Torre 1 (directamente en la playa) en el piso 12. Las ventanas están a tres lados del condominio, de modo que cada habitación tiene una vista exterior y el comedor tiene una vista despejada del atardecer. Alquilamos SAT-SAT durante los meses de verano y las vacaciones de primavera, pero comuníquese sobre nuestros descuentos en tarifas fuera de temporada y estancias de 3 nt min después del 10 de agosto.
    1 King, 1 reinas, con 2 juegos de literas grandes (3er dormitorio y rincón del pasillo) y un sofá cama que se despliega en una cama queen. Esta unidad duerme 10. Internet inalámbrico y TV LCD por cable en todas las habitaciones y pisos cerámicos en toda la unidad. La propiedad se encuentra junto a Edgewater Beach Resort y se encuentra a poca distancia del parque acuático Shipwreck Island y de un gran muelle de pesca. El centro comercial Pier Park está a solo 4 millas de distancia. Hay dos piscinas grandes y una se calienta durante los meses más fríos. El complejo también cuenta con instalaciones de entrenamiento y dos jacuzzis. Esta unidad es estrictamente para no fumadores.

We had a great time there were 11 of us that stayed there and we also had 4 friends come visit and we still had plenty of room the view is amazing and that ocean breeze from the balcony was to die for over all one of the nicest we have had the pleasure to stay in parking is a little tight but other than that absolutely stunning views and beautiful beach front property and Bruce was very helpful with the check in and all

This is the second time we have stayed here. We really enjoyed it. Beautiful view of beach and sunset. You can also see the sunrise from the side. We saw dolphins almost everyday we were there. We stayed 7 days.

Everything was wonderful except our check out.We were running 15 minutes late and had our last load and the lady started taking pictures and would not let us get our final belongings and accused us of breaking a window.She was extremely rude.

We had a great time staying at Bruce's condo. It was clean had plenty of space for all 8 of us. When we did have a issue Bruce was quick to take care of everything. The view is amazing and having beach chairs is a plus. Condo is a older but still met all our needs. We had a great vacation!
