Come stay at our condo where, from the balcony, you can feel the gulf breeze in your face, while listening to the surf crash. This is the white sand beach of Panama City Beach, FL.! P.S...don't forget the sunsets!

LOCATION:

The condo is located in the 3rd floor of Sunbird Condominiums. Sunbird is a family oriented, secure gated facility with private beach access and access to the historic Pineapple Willys.


If you wish to cook, this condo unit offers a fully equipped kitchen:
refrigerator/freezer, stove/oven, toaster, microwave oven and much more. Or just relax during your vacation, lots of good restaurants are located nearby. Historic Pineapple Willys is next door.🍳🥓🍝

BEDROOM

Sleeps 2 people comfortably. Queen sized bed with headboard, TV mounted on the wall, 2 side tables/lamps and a closet.

BATHROOM

This condo has shower over bath, mirror and bright lighting. Bring your own beach towel.

LIVING ROOM

Snug and cozy with comfortable couch/ queen sized sofa bed for you to curl up after a long day at the beach. There’s a 40 inches flat screen TV with cable channels for your evening entertainment or just relax and enjoy the sounds of nature from the balcony.

Other amenities include a tennis court, shuffleboard, gym and three grill/barbecue areas. Free WIFI.🌊🏖🌞📺📘

4th of JULY fireworks at the beach is awesome! Bring chairs and enjoy the show.

THINGS TO DO:

Looking for things to do is never a problem. The condo is located close to restaurants, shopping, Pier Park, Gulf World, Ripley’s Believe it or Not, Wonderworks, Zoo World, St. Andrews State Park, Ship Wreck Island, Camp Helen State park ( six miles south) and many others.

Note: Anyone wishing to rent this property must be 25 years of age or older. Guests who are below 25 must be accompanied by a by a person 25yo or older. Thank you!

~ Check-in is at 4 p.m. and Check-out is at 10 a.m.
~Sunbird 310 West is non-smoking unit.
~There are additional fees for parking ($30+tax, a one time fee) and Arm bands ($6)may be purchased separately from the association office on-site. Owners and guests MUST wear armbands at all times in Sunbird facility.
~$200.00 reservation/damage fee is refunded after check out.
~$100.00 cleaning fee

No refund for last minute cancellation/no show and early departure.

Best stay for our family!

This condo was absolutely perfect! Super clean, smelled amazing the moment we walked in, and had a beautiful view that made our stay so relaxing. Just a few steps away from Pineapple Willy’s—such a delicious spot to eat! The location couldn’t have been more convenient. Communication with the host was excellent from start to finish. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

Sunbird condominiums are clean, convenient and perfect views!!!!

My friend and I stayed on the 3rd floor. The views were spectacular, very convenient to stores and restaurants, short walk to Pineapple Willies!!! Property clean, pools close with 3 on the property, cool and refreshing! Beach almost a stones throw away!!! The host was very easy to reach and professional. She even had fresh flowers in the room and bathroom. Dishwasher problems taken care of immediately. Host very attentive. I would highly recommend this condominium. I plan on coming back 😊

Anniversary trip!

This is a great condo to stay in for two! The condo was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The view from our condo was beautiful and we were so close to everything. The owner is amazing she messaged us back fast making sure we had all we needed for a fun vacation. We would definitely stay again.

Went alone to work with a view….and it was perfect! Gorgeous view with a perfect work table. Next to the pier with a yummy restaurant for lunch. The hostess took great care of me. Highly recommend!!

Beach was absolutely beautiful every day. Great location far enough away from huge crowds but close enough when you want. Perfect for girls trip to Gulf Coast Jam. We had a great experience with no issues.

Anniversary hideaway

Everything was good got our getaway. The private beach made a huge difference for us being there on a holiday weekend. Easy access to Pineapple Willie's was an added bonus. The condo was clean and well appointed with everything we needed. And, our host went above and beyond to make our stay extra special.

Great Getaway Stay

cozy getaway

We loved our stay at this condo! There was construction work going on so each morning we were up at 8am once they started their power tools but it really wasn’t bothersome! The condo had everything we needed and was nicely kept and was also close to Walmart for groceries! Annette was fast and responsive the couple of times we messaged her. Overall a great stay with a beautiful view!

Family friendly beach trip

This place was just perfect for our family. It had everything we needed and was close to everything. However the parking and armbands are not included and must be purchased upon check in they're not incredibly expensive and armbands aren't required for children under 12.

Beautiful location and home feel!

Great location right on the brqch, pineapple willy's next door, which was delicious! Walmart closeby for groceries, kotchen to cook meals and pull out couch for my daughter. Bed was comfy, place was very clean and cozy decor! Host was quick and attentive to every need, thank you Annette!

3 Reasons you need to stay here!

1. The host is by far the best we've ever had! We received a message while enroute that the condo was ready should we arrive early. Upon arrival...fresh flowers and chocolates to welcome us! And the condo is absolutely beautiful. Upon departure I had to let her know I had a little mishap and she was completely understanding! (That's not an open invitation to have accidents...but sometimes little things just happen.) 2. Location location location...in the heart of it all! 3. The view is simply breath taking! If you're looking for a home away from home...this one is it. I will be back next year!

Perfect in every way! Unit size, cleanliness, supplies, decor, location, weather, beach, ocean, check-in, owner communications! It was flawless!! and I couldn’t have enjoyed my stay more! There was construction on-site but it didn’t interfere with my enjoyment at all where I stayed.

Perfect Getaway in PCB!

My daughter and I arrived on a Thursday and left on a Sunday. Immediately upon entering the condo, we were both impressed by the cleanliness and order of everything! The decor was my favorite 😍 The location was perfect - right on the beautiful beach! There were even beach chairs and an umbrella for us to use! We will definitely be back! ♥️
