Home Truths: - Please observe and adhere to all home rules. - Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet. - Guests must be 25 years or older to book this home. - Pool can be heated for an additional fee of $150/night plus tax and must be paid for the whole duration of your stay.
Parking Details: - This home includes parking for up to 2 cars.
This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.
As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. Perfect family celebration in Panama City Beach!
We stayed here with family to celebrate our son heading to college. The house was perfect for entertaining everyone. We spent hours around the pool and at the beach. Having the golf cart made getting back and forth easy and quick, parking so simple! We made great memories.

Great home with new updates and nice area
The home was great, there was clearly a recent renovation. They had amazing amenities for us around the house. The golf cart was great to have as well! Our only issue was the pool heater was not working, but the company was apologetic and made it right as best they could.

Great house, very clean and organized. Insane pool that blows you away. House AC went down. 30a Beach Girls was amazing at making everything right for us. Highly recommend. The golf cart, bonfire and attention was mind blowing. Top notch service!

Great location and house/ bad experience
The house and location were great . And the pool was very nice and we are thankful for it since air conditioning wasn’t working at full capacity. We reached out to management company almost daily and at 1st said nothing was wrong , then eventually brought in mobile unit for back room. Which unfortunately didn’t help the rest of the house. We couldn’t cook in house due to heat, and by Friday it was 82 degrees in the house. Maintaince men did come out several times and were very polite and let us know the unit wasn’t big enough for the house and nothing they can do. At the end of the trip when we expressed , how upset we were , the management company really took no responsibility and said they went above and beyond . We were supposed to get a 1 night refund 🙄 but never recieved it.
