The condo is right on the beach; you can almost touch the sand from your beachfront balcony.  You're only steps away from enjoying all the sand you can handle!  Let the children play below while you watch and relax from your large and spacious balcony!

    Simple elegance and great decor is found throughout Princess 302. You will have the best view on the beach right from your living room sofa or in the comfy recliner or rocker.  The family friendly open living plan is just what you have been searching for,  The large beachfront balcony in Princess 302 guarantees nightly sunsets. The large dining room and kitchen are open to the living room. So no one will ever feel left out.  The living room and master bedroom are beachfront and have direct access to the balcony,  And everywhere you go in this unit, you will have the best views of the beach and gulf! And if your looking for fresh air, just step out onto your large balcony!

    You can't beat Princess 302 at the Princess Condominiums, a luxury resort.  This unit has a king bed in the master bedroom, a king bed in the second bedroom and 2 queen beds in the third bedroom.  Unit 302 has been updated with new carpet in all bedrooms, new tile in the living room and dining room and a new recliner in the living room. THIS UNIT SLEEPS 10.  There are twin bed rentals available for a small fee and come with all linens.

    The Princess, an east end Panama City Beach condominium complex, is a family friendly place where all the condos are beachfront.  There are 2 beachfront heated pools and an outdoor Jacuzzi.  If that's not enough, there's also a beachfront heated indoor pool and a fitness room to work off all those seafood feasts.  

    Princess 302 is the perfect place for family vacations, romantic holidays or weekend getaways.

Perfect condo

We had an amazing week! Condo was perfect with each bedroom having its own bathroom. The beach chairs were a plus also!! Can’t wait to go back!

Loved it

The unit was clean, the master bedroom bed was very comfortable. Loved the balcony. Elevators were fast and one was even air conditioned. Overall great experience!

Our first experience staying at the Princess. It was wonderful. The unit we had was very well maintained and clean. The indoor and outdoor pools were great with kids. Ages ranged from 90 to 6 months

Amazing stay

The unit was exactly as described. The views were amazing. The host was quick to answer when we had a small issue. Everything was clean and well maintained. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Love the owners and property

We enjoyed every minute of our stay! From the moment I was put into contact with Jennifer and Donna, everything went smoothly. The way the these ladies run their business is beyond every experience I have had with VRBO before. The room was very clean and ready slightly earlier than expected! The beds were all comfortable and everything you would need for your stay was available. We had amazing weather the entire week! I would definitely come here again and recommend it to anyone that asks!

Wonderful getaway vacation time !!

Very nice location and clean unit with all amenities especially Kitchen. Balcony is very spacious and perfect spot for Sunsets and good photos. My Family had good time and would love to come back. We also saw dolphins few times from balcony and binoculars too. Walkable beach and good family location. Indoor pool is also great along with outdoor heated pool and spa. Overall happy with the stay !!

Clean, great location, and has it all

We chose this condo because we’ve stayed in a different unit at Princess before. We like the area - it’s more quiet & this particular complex seems more upscale. From the moment we entered the unit, we noticed how clean it was. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. The decor was nice. The beds were more on the firm side, but we all liked them and slept soundly. A big draw for us was the 2 beach chairs & umbrella that was included (we flew in to ECP & weren’t able to pack our own chairs or umbrella, so this was a definite plus for us). Communication with VIP was easy and smooth. We had some very minor/cosmetic issues with the dishwasher and a shower drain, but neither required fixing while we were there. The only negative was that the indoor pool was closed for renovations while we were there (but that’s not the fault of VIP - i was just unlucky enough to go when this was happening). I would rent this unit again in a heartbeat (& plan to!)! 🏝😎

Very nice 3rd floor condo...great view from the balcony and steps away from the beach! VIP property management was great to work with. Loved that the chairs were included so we could spend time everyday on the sugar sand of the Beach! Had a great time!

Everything from finding this property to checking out was very easy. Once there, the owner checked on us to make sure we understood everything and were satisfied with our accommodations. The whole family wants to go back soon!

Quick weekend getaway with the family!

We decided last minute that we wanted to bust the kids out of school for a much needed weekend getaway. The whole process with this property was so smooth. From booking - check out. The ladies that manage the property were super helpful and on top of everything. We really enjoyed our stay. The condo has amazing view of the water and is way bigger than we expected. We usually like to go out and do a lot of tourist stuff but the condo was so nice and clean we actually hung around the condo/property most of our trip.

The condo was one of the best stocked condos that I've ever stayed in at the beach! It had everything we needed! The rooms were very spacious and the view is incredible. I will be coming back here again!

Christmas Vacation

We enjoyed our stay at Princess, room 302. The condo was big enough for everyone, clean and well stocked with everything we needed. This unit had the biggest laundry room I've ever seen in a condo. Jennifer and Donna with VIP Resort Properties were very helpful with all our needs. We decided to come a day early and with the room being available, they were able to accommodate us. I would recommend VIP Resorts to all in search of a vacation home. Randy

Wonderful!

The condo was just as advertised, plus more. The kitchen was fully stocked, all the rooms were large with plenty of space for 8 when our kids joined us for Thanksgiving. Donna and Jennifer were a delight to work with. We will stay there again!!
