THINGS TO KNOW
* Supplies: While we provide a starter supply of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, and trash bags, please bring additional amounts for your stay.
* Smoking & Vaping: Strictly prohibited on the property, including porches and decks. A $250 fine will be imposed for violations.
* Pets: No pet policy.
* Parking: In the Building, no long bridge walks.
* Wrist bands issued at check-in are required to be returned at check-out. Failure to return the wrist bands will result in a fee.

No smoking on the property or in the balcony, $100 fine per occurrence. There is a designated smoking area on the L3 outdoor parking area.

  • Pelican patiently waits for some fish scraps from the user of a man cleaning his fish. There are 2 piers in Panama and both cost $3 to walk them. The one closest to Pier Park is further out into the Gulf so it's more worth it if you can only do 1 pier. They do stamp your hand so you can go on and off it all day. On the pier a lot of people fish so watch for them hooks. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. There are also signs posted on the pier about how to handle a situation if sea turtles get caught.

Great condo

We have stayed at Sterling Reef for many years so we know the building and like the amenities, location and spectacular view. The condo was clean, comfortable and met all of our needs for a one month stay. The decor was colorful and had a beach vibe.The kitchen was well stocked with two options of coffee makers, a variety of baking and cooking utensils and kitchen gadgets. The beds were comfortable. We liked the walk in shower off the master bedroom.The owners were wonderful to work with. They were responsive and answered any questions we had in a timely manner. We would definitely stay there again.

Perfect location and very nice place

The unit was very nicely decorated and the owner communicated very well. Comfortable accommodations with all the essentials needed for a nice stay. Access to the beach is easy, Plenty of parking as well. Two elevators only so plan ahead and give yourself plenty of time when you have to leave the building.
