Come stay in this little gem in Carillon Beach. Recently updated with all new interiors & upscale furnishings. Carillon is a centrally located beach village less than 10 minutes east of 30A and 10 minutes west of Pier Park in Panama City Beach. In addition to restaurants & shop located downstairs from condo, there is plenty of shopping and restaurants within 5 minute drive. Walk to pools & beach in less than 5 minutes.

I was there for a family wedding on the green. Didn't get the chance to use the pool or hot tub though I did walk through the area. Appeared to be some maintenance work going on. The unit was clean and bright. Enjoyed it's convenience and location. Furnishings were great. Enjoyed myself and would return again.

The unit was fresh and clean. Felt light and beachy. The bed was extremely comfortable. Well appointed with everything we needed. Perfect size for me and my husband. We enjoyed the view of the lake from the balcony. The owner/manager was very responsive to any questions, and was very helpful! We would definitely stay in this unit again. We had a lovely relaxing stay!

Wonderful clean condo located near beautiful beaches, grocery stores and lots of dining out options.The very large pool and hot tubs with a lake view is a nice place to read and relax.We have come to this resort many times over the years and are hoping to squeeze in some more. Can't go wrong !

The condo was lovely- clean and a beautiful view. Was central to the pool and ocean. The short walk to the ocean was pleasant, and the private beach was quiet and beautiful. Lots to do around the area as well. Would absolutely stay again!

Lovely condo at Carillon Beach Inn

Our condo obviously has been recently upgraded with lovely furnishings, great shower and super comfy bed. This was our first time to stay at the Carillon Beach community and enjoyed the uncrowded beach and access to multiple pools with shops/restaurants all within a short walk. Easy drive to the airport and lots of PCB and Rosemary Beach restaurants and stores within easy driving distance.

We LOVED it

We absolutely loved this condo. It was such a fresh and clean space. The kitchen is so nice and we really enjoyed the walk-in shower. The bed was so insanely comfortable. As always, cannot beat the proximity to the beach and having the Carillon Market St restaurants next door. We have stayed in 3 different properties at the Carillon Beach Inn & Resort and we determined that this was our favorite. Cannot wait to stay here again!

Great stay at Carillon Beach Inn

My family has been coming to Carillon Beach for 15 years but this was my first time staying in the condos in this neighborhood. This condo was the perfect amount of space for my wife and I. It is recently updated and very nice. We did have a maintenance issue later in our stay that was out of the hosts and our control. Theresa was very accommodating and had great communication throughout our stay and during this issue that we experienced. Overall our stay was great and we would definitely stay here again.

Nice clean unit

Very well constructed with premium towels and a very nice cleaning service with cute touches like the origami folding of the washcloths etc. Everything worked and was high quality. Did not spend a lot of time there, as I was visiting family in another location, and just slept and showered there--although it had everything you needed if you wished to eat there and prepare meals

Weekend Getaway

We really enjoyed staying at this property. The host/owner was extremely helpful, easy and accurate check in, and the room was beautiful and extremely clean. Great location, would recommend to anyone looking for a great place at the beach.
