If you're looking for the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the beauty of Panama City Beach, Vitamin Sea is the place to be. This newly renovated 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom New Orleans-style beach house is nestled in the heart of the sought-after Carillon Beach community, just a short 0.3-mile walk from the stunning shoreline of the Gulf of Mexico. With room for up to 12 guests, this spacious home features a private screened-in back porch and open front porches, ideal for unwinding and taking in the picturesque water views. The gated community offers easy access to local dining and shopping in downtown Carillon, providing both convenience and enjoyment.

Inside, the home is designed for comfort and relaxation. The first bedroom is ideal for families with a king bed for restful nights and a triple bunk bed for the little ones, creating a cozy retreat. A shared bathroom ensures easy access for all. The spacious living room is perfect for gathering, featuring comfortable sofas that invite relaxation and conversation. Enjoy movie nights on the large TV or unwind by the fireplace, with direct access to the front porch and scenic views of Lake Carillon. The dining area seats 7, and the adjacent eat-in kitchen offers additional seating for two. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern amenities, including a coffee maker, microwave, and refrigerator with an ice maker.

Upstairs, you’ll find a washer and dryer for convenience. The second bedroom has a king bed, a TV, and private balcony access for peaceful moments. With its en-suite bathroom, this room offers a retreat. The third bedroom is a serene haven, featuring another king bed, a TV, and a lounge area with loveseats, ideal for relaxing with a book or enjoying the views from your private balcony overlooking Lake Carillon. This room also has a private bathroom for added comfort. The third floor features a loft with single beds, perfect for extra guests, and includes a sink and mini fridge for convenience.

1st Floor, Bedroom 1: 1 King bed, Triple bunk bed, TV, and a shared bathroom.
2nd Floor, Bedroom 2: 1 King bed, TV, and a private bathroom.

Loft: 1 twin bed with trundle, sink, and mini fridge.

At Vitamin Sea, you'll love the beautiful views of Lake Carillon from the porch, which is set up with plenty of chairs and tables, perfect for relaxing. Fire up the gas grill for a fun barbecue or unwind by one of the three community pools, all nestled in lush tropical landscaping. The kids will enjoy the nearby children’s pool at Bellview Park, just a short walk away, and if you're up for some adventure, Lake Powell is ideal for paddleboarding. Plus, you're right next door to the stunning Camp Helen State Park, a historic gem that's listed on the National Register of Historic Places.

Carillon Beach:
Carillon Beach is a gated upscale beachside village between Inlet Beach & Panama City Beach. Walk along the promenade to the town area which includes a chapel nestled in the trees by Lake Carillon plus restaurants and shopping. There are tennis and pickle ball courts as well. Paved roads and sidewalks create a safe place for kids to ride bikes and walk to activities. Bicycles are available for rent at Carillon Village.

Stay at Vitamin Sea and take advantage of free activities with Xplorie! Cruise with Island Time Sailing, make a splash at Shipwreck Island Water Park, and ride the SkyWheel. Enjoy trampoline park access, axe throwing at Pier Park, and hands-on fun at WonderWorks. With so many adventures included, your PCB vacation will be packed with excitement!

*Parking: A one-time registration fee is required before arrival for parking access.
*Parking for 2 cars in the driveway plus 1 spot in the gravel area per house.

Comfortable beds

We have stayed in 10 homes in Carillon over the past 8 years. This home had the most comfortable beds!! The kitchen is well stocked, all appliances worked well. There is enough seating for 8 comfortably in the living room. Only minor suggestion would be that the slip covers on the couches need a good cleaning. The property overall was in good condition. The communication from Vicki at Benchmark Properties was top notch. We would recommend this home.
