Slide open the French doors and sip coffee each morning while the sea breeze blows gently, then slip into your swimsuit and head downstairs to one of several complex pools to start soaking up the sun. When you want to explore, it’s a quick walk to shopping, dining, entertainment, coffee shops, grocery stores, and other amenities.



    You’ll find an open layout, bright furnishings, and abundant natural light at home. The full, well-equipped kitchen has you covered at mealtime, and there’s room for the gang to dine together at the adjacent table. Central air-conditioning will keep you cool each evening, and the private washer/dryer makes it easy to stay on top of any beach clothes. Watch a bit of TV, use the free WiFi to scroll social media during downtime, or head downstairs for an evening soak in the hot tub. Tuck the kids into the fun bunk room, then end the night back on the balcony, this time toasting your good luck at booking such a sweet escape.

I got the link for parking pass the day before, encountered numerous errors on the webpage and reached out for help. Went back and forth with no resolution. Arrived at the condo with still no resolution or help from the host. Thank goodness the lobby at the condo could assist. When I went into the room, the toilet in the master appeared dirty. It felt like one thing after another, the soap dispenser in the master was also empty, along with the dispensers on the wall in the shower. There were travel side shampoo and conditioners however. None of the brackets were activated for use for the gym or beach access, the lobby also assisted with that, I feel like usually when I stay at laketown they’re already active but maybe not this hosts process? Overall just felt like it wasn’t the best stay at laketown that I’ve had (and I’ve had many).

The photos are extremely misleading. The couch shown in the pictures is not the couch that is actually in the condo. In fact, the actual couch was dirty, and when we pulled out the sleeper sofa, there was trash inside.The carpet was filthy, with stains throughout every carpeted area of the condo. The refrigerator was leaking, and when we notified the management company, they said they would have someone come take a look. No one ever came. Meanwhile, the management company claimed that someone had come by and that we declined to let them in, which is simply not true.The balcony light did not work. The dishwasher was filthy, and there were even chicken bones left in the trash can.I would not recommend staying here, and if I could give 0 stars, I would.
