A beautiful 2-bedroom, 2 bathroom Gulf front condo with spectacular floor-to-ceiling windows that allow you to enjoy the Gulf front views from each room and the living area. Wake up with a delicious cup of coffee while breathing in the salty sea air on the large balcony. Have the chef of the party whip up a delicious meal in the fully equipped kitchen, featuring stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. Plenty of seating is available between a dining table and bar stools to seat an additional 2 people. With a king bed in the master bedroom and 2 queen beds in the guest room, this 12th-floor condo comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests.     Snowbird Season runs from November thru February, on a monthly basis. Right on the beach, clean, comfy beds, awesome view. Walking distance is Pineapple Willy's restaurant with a great menu selection and awesome fried shrimp.

Beautiful views and super well kept

We went as 2 couples and it was such a great time! Each bedroom has a beautiful view of the ocean and the walk to the beach was the shortest walk I have ever had to do! It is very clean and well kept! We will absolutely be back!

Perfect Vacation

The condo is very beautiful. We loved everything about it. The balcony is large and relaxing. The kitchen was fully stocked . The bedrooms were very comfortable. It’s so convenient to restaurants,shopping and bars. We will definitely be back.

Beautiful and Convenient!

We loved the spaciousness, the views, the large closets (with generous amount of hangers), the force of the water in the showers, the appliances that always worked and the convenience of elevators that were always there when we needed them.

It was beautiful. Our only complaint was all those tents that were put up caused the people next door to come to our side of the beach. But we know there’s nothing anybody could do about that. We had a good time and I loved that I could go to the balcony from my room. We loved all the rooms in the condo. .

Annual Girls Trip

Working with Real Joy was very simple and they were in touch with us several times to make sure everything was as expected. We will definitely rent from them again. 5 stars. The only reason for a 4 star on cleanliness is because it is an older unit and could use a fresh coat of paint and some updating. Everything was in excellent working order. The mattresses were typical of a rental unit but not terrible. We slept well.

Long Beach Resort Tower 1

Overall the stay was good. The resort and room were as described. The condo we were in was a bit outdated , but everything was in working order and we had what we needed for a comfortable stay. Nothing beats the view from the room of the Gulf. The resort was busy but never felt over crowded even during the Spring Week that we were there. It was also a very quiet at night very family friendly. We would stay at this resort again if we ever were to return to Panama Beach. My only complaint would be at least an additional hour or two more for check out. It was a bit early.

Condo needs some work, foggy window, paint, lamps, bathroom towel rack loose, toilet paper holder loose abd the TV's multiple remotes and no local after 4:00 pm or so.

Very Nice !!! Except for the cleaning

Charging us a cleaning fee is not cool. I drank coffee from a dirty cup before realizing it , socks/feet were filthy within minutes of arriving. Ruined a beautiful condo with a great view and location.
