Boardwalk Beach Resort is conveniently located in the heart of Panama City Beach right on Thomas Drive. This resort offers amenities you will not find anywhere else - a one-of-a-kind gulf-front children's splash zone with interactive water toys, a 2,500 sq ft gulf-front zero entry pool, a lavish pool deck, 2 hot tubs, sauna and steam room.

This unit is a luxurious gulf-front 1 bed/1bath plus bunk area condominium. The living room boasts endless gulf views, a comfy sleeper sofa, cable TV/DVD player The fully equipped kitchen offers granite countertops, full size appliances, spacious breakfast bar and everything you will need to cook a family dinner! The master bedroom has a queen size bed and attached bathroom.

The kid's bunk area has an adorable set of bunk beds and a bathroom right down the hall.

Your days will be spent relaxing on the "World's Most Beautiful Beaches" or strolling through the nearby gift shops! You can enjoy your evenings on the oversized private balcony, complete with table, chairs, breathtaking sunsets and endless gulf views. Book Boardwalk 507C for your next Panama City Beach vacation!

You must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property. During Spring Break , the minimum acceptable ratio is one (1) person 25 years of age for every two (2) persons under 25 years of age.
Effective 2/1/2026, all guests of Boardwalk must register through the emailed link provided and pay for parking. Cost is $55/vehicle with a max of 2 vehicles plus $6 per wristband. These fees are billed through the resort and not included in your total at the time of booking.

Great place to stay!

Kids aren’t allowed balls or toys in the pool.children made to exit pool every hour even though there’s no life guards on duty. No smoking on balconies or pool area. Pool wasn’t heated due to gas leak. Bathing suit stipulations. Really? No drinks within 10 feet of pool. No ventilation in condo bathroom. Hair dryer didn’t work. Balcony chairs rusty and ready to crumble. Carpet in living room unsanitary. It would have been nice to have clothes hangers in the closet. Disappointing for teens and young children. We will never be back.

Overall good stay ... just minor issues.

1) the hairdryer in the bathroom does not work & is coming off the wall. 2) the dishwasher has a slight leak at the bottom when you run it. 3) You cannot close the curtains at all, if you do the curtain rod totally comes apart. 4) there is a huge crack at the back of the counter top behind the kitchen sink. 5) the TV has some scratches 6) there is some water damage on the wall next to the bathtub 7) the paint on the balcony is peeling 8) the patio furniture is rusted and falling apart *We noted concerns with property manager & never received a reply.

My son and I visited PCB for the first time and we fell in love! Our place was perfect for us. Clean, everything we needed. Everyone who worked on the resort were friendly. Close to places we wanted to go to. We will be back!

Perfect Summer break

Overall, the property was great, 5th floor means you can take the stairs if the elevator lines are too long (which was not the case for us). Balcony furniture is due to be replaced. The pool has a rule that kids under 12 have to get out for the last 10 minutes of every hour. It is strictly enforced. This has nothing to do with the rental but is something to know. However, due to the strict pool rules, it's nice to not have someone smoking light up next to you. I would stay at this property again and our kids had a wonderful time. Thank you to the owners for sharing!

Great Location and View. That’s it! Expensive for the shape of the Condo.

The condo overall was okay. When we arrived there were stains on the floor what we believe was to be coffee, a stain that was smeared on the living room wall. The sofa also has a large stain on the couch cushion. Then, the coffee maker and blow dryer were both broken. In the bathroom there is a hole in the wall by the bath tub/shower that is caved in and clearly has mold/water damage. The patio furniture was all rusted and broken. The hallway light shines in the bedroom 24/7 making it impossible to sleep there are no curtains. We were not impressed by any means especially for the cost. The only good aspect was the pool and view.

Rules

Pool side rules were somewhat excessive. Nurf balls should be ok to use at the pool. Young children should not be allowed in the hot tubs! Poolside bar and restaurant were excellent. Frozen drinks were delicious. Sunday night music duo were ourstanding. You should consider Fiday and Saturday night music as well. Cleanliness of the poolside chairs and tables done before opening was excellent. Please let the gentleman whocleaned the.poolside furniture did a fantastic and every mornkng i was on my balcony and noticed his superb work. Major kudos to him!! Thanks to all your friendly staff!!

everything as promised

anniversary was amazing here, property showed minimal use wear and tear otherwise was beautiful, location ,view amenities as promised pool side bar/restaurant was awesome. my only complaint was we texted the number we were given to update that i noticed the curtains over the door we’re coming unscrewed from the wall an no one ever responded don’t know if it was ever fixed but besides those minor issues would rent again

Great location - plan ahead for all toiletries

Our stay was very peaceful. We loved the balcony views, location to restaurants, and the easy access to beach and pool/hot tub/bar. Plenty of space for a family of 4!!! Condo was mostly clean - some dishes in the cabinets weren’t (but I always check that first anyway). The only negative I would say is - the mentioned “starter kit” for toiletries is very close to non-existent compared to other VRBO stays I have experienced. I left behind TP, paper towels, sponges, trash liners, dryer sheets (we used all of the small pack of laundry detergent we bought), and hand soap (I hate bar soap) for the next guests. Hope their first experience for a starter kit is better. 😁 Easy check in and check out! Thank you for a great vacation.

Staff Amazing

Condo was clean. Carpet should be removed as it looks dated. Bathroom is in dire need of updating. Shower handle is old and ready to fall off it seems. Patio furniture needs to be replaced. All in all, was a nice stay, but needs some TLC!

My wife enjoyed the overall experience and will return. The only issue we had was the beach chair situation. They are not included and are set up in front of the entire property. So to be able to sit front row you have to rent the chairs.

Clean room. Awesome location. Enjoyed our stay!!

Everything was great as usual. Been coming to this property for 3 years straight. Always friendly staff. One note even though it is a non smoking property you still get people who ignore the rules and still smoke on balconies. Wanted to breathe fresh air and not second hand smoke in the evening on balcony!!! I wish this could be enforced a little more!!!!
