Just steps from the water and a short drive from restaurants and shopping, this home makes it easy to water ski, cast a line, or enjoy the local attractions. From the dock, Shell Island is only a 10-minute boat ride away.







The nautical ambiance welcomes you in and sets a relaxing tone. Make a tropical cocktail and head out onto the deck to take in the water views while the free WiFi streams some gentle island tunes. Make a delicious fresh catch dish in the kitchen, and then end the day out on the dock.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

This is the third time we have stayed at this unit. The house was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen cabinets have been painted and a new countertop added since we were there 2 years ago. The beds are comfortable and it’s nice to have fans. Having salt and pepper, and a few more blankets in the house would be nice. It would be helpful to have a vacuum cleaner in the house that can be used by the renters. We enjoyed sitting out on the front deck and looking at the water, and taking walks in the neighborhood.It’s great that it is dog friendly, too. We hope to stay here again .

Neighborhood needs some tlc

House was clean, neat, and easy to access from the water. Power at the dick does not work. Water at dock worked. Older 2 story house, with access only to top floor. Entrance to the neighborhood is through a trailer park. Water access was at the marina boat ramp down the street easy and friendly. 30 to launch.

Bay front fun

A few girlfriends and I rented this place for a few nights. The place had everything we needed. Cute and clutter free design. To get to the house you pass a bunch of mobile homes. Once you get near the house it’s very cute! We all brought paddle boards, but couldn’t drop in off the property because the deck was to high up. We were able to drive a block to the marina (big blue building) and drop in there for 15. each. We spent hours paddling through the canals then hit the bay and turned left. Very pretty and protected land. We would definitely stay here again.

Good for the price

The location in the bay is perfect for boating. The problem we had was we needed space for 2 big trucks and a huge boat trailer in the driveway. I messaged the owner and was told it was big enough. It really wasn't. The manager was attentive when we called the day of arrival. The house is outdated but it was clean. It had enough space for the two families. The kitchen was well stocked. There was great water pressure in the shower. We had a great time and were comfortable.

Boat Capable Location

A+ for me as the fisherman! Steps were a negative to the older persons in our group. All 3 mattress’s need an update. Dock pictures need updating as the dock layout is different than pictured and description, but I made it work for our boat. I would stay again, but my family would not choose to do so.

Nice place with a good view

We enjoyed our stay. The cleaning company was late coming but the property manager was quick to fix the problem and compensate us for the inconvenience. Water views are nice as well. We will stay again.

Family vacation

Absolutely loved renting this house for our family vacation. My son and husband love to fish so with access to the bay and location, they were content with their fishing options while me and the girls tried to enjoy some beach time. No complaints related to the cleanliness of the property, it was clean and ready for us to unpack and unwind after our 9 hour drive. Will definitely rent again and recommend to others!

Good stay

The place is nice felt homey for sure. There could be improvements in the house itself but its nothing major major and it would have been nice to know that there are stairs to be taken as we had a senior . Overall it was nice the back view is great, quiet neighborhood.

Beautiful view

There are not enough words to describe how amazing it was to sit on the back porch of this home and enjoy the peaceful view of the water. On two separate occasions there were dolphins literally swimming in the back yard!!! The recliner in the front room was so comfy I could've slept in it. The house itself is charming and I would have loved to extend my vacation to stay here. Downside: there is no dishwasher even though there are notes about loading it and there were pods left on the counter. The beds only had sheets on them so we had to go to Walmart and buy blankets after the first night. The downstairs is more like a walled in garage, there is a ping pong table and a w/d with no access to the upstairs. In order to get to the living area there are several stairs on the exterior of the building. I wish that would have been in the listing since my dad had a hard time going up and down them in order to leave the home. Overall I would rate the house a 4/5 and would stay there again if my dad wasn't with us.

The house was very clean and well supplied. Beds were comfortable The location was great, with a nice view on the canal We came from Virginia and wanted a Place to stay near my husband’s relatives who live in the Bayside RV Park. This property was about a 3 Minute walk to their house A few more table lamps in the bedrooms and living room would be helpful. If you are considering renting this property, please be aware that all of the living area is upstairs and you will need to climb the stairs to get up into this unit )See the set of stairs in the photos).. The laundry area is on the bottom level. We liked having the key pad entry instead of having to use a key. We would rent again.

Thanksgiving Fun

Made a getaway from St. Louis to Panama City Beach for Thanksgiving week. What a great time, beautiful area, and the house was ideal. Great location, beautiful bay scene, and great communication with staff. Thank you for a positive memorable Thanksgiving.

Nice stay

Updated living room furniture. Adequate sleeping however master mattress seemed to have a dip in the middle. Was not aware there was no dishwasher. Location is close to the bay so easy access by water. The marina has a very tight loading and unloading area. Overall good value for the water access.

Great house if you have a boat

The location of the property is fantastic if you have a boat. I would highly recommend this location IF you have a boat. We brought our boat and had so much fun scalloping, fishing, snorkeling, swimming, and going to the beach! We take a lot of vacations and my kids all agreed this was one of the best because there were so many places to go and so many different things to do if you have a boat here. We had issues with the washing machine - it sounded like a freight train when it was on and the drain hose kept popping off and kept flooding the garage area so we had to constantly check the washing machine when it was running which was a pain. There were not many good things to cook with (no cutting board, only one very small skillet which made cooking a little difficult). The property management company was fantastic and very responsive when we had issues and called about the washing machine. Hopefully they will replace or repair the washing machine and this won’t be an issue anymore. The washing machine and cookware were why I rated it a 4. We are a family of 6 so both are very important to us. May not be as much of a big deal to others.

Good spot for larger groups and fisherman

Overall spot nice and quiet spot that's right on the water. Plenty of room and having the downstairs made it great for me to store fishing gear and rods close to the cars for easy loading for the early morning cast off times. The interior besides being a bit dated was pretty nice and clean. Only issues I had was the washing machine not working properly, it wouldn't drain or run spin cycles.
