Newly built and completed March 2015! Location, Location, Location! Sleeps 22 in beds!!! The Fish Carlton is a beautiful 6 bedroom (Additional sleeping Loft area) 4.5 bath home that sits directly on the sugary white sand beaches of Panama City Beach. ZERO steps to the Beach - You are already there! Home is approximately 3000 square feet with almost every room having a wonderful view of the Emerald water. Home has a Large open area for entertaining and gourmet kitchen. There is also a separate Media/Game room for the kids upstairs with foosball table and large 55 inch HD flat screen. "55 inch HD flat screen in Living room as well. 8 Flat Screen Tv's in All. every bedroom comes with a flat screen tv- With over 2000 sq. feet of Outside Decking (with 800 sq feet protected from Sun/Rain), The Fish Carlton is perfect for enjoying the sound of the waves or cooling off in the Pool! Excellent layout for large groups! Kitchen is fully furnished with everything you will need. We had an absolute fabulous time at Kyle’s place. Everything was clean and exactly as described. Very spacious. Beds were comfy, the pool being heated was amazing and the hot tub was so relaxing. Direct beach access was main reason for renting but we spent more time on the patio.

House was awesome. Beautifully built with smart use of space. Plenty of room. Host was friendly & responsive. Loved having coffee on the deck in the morning and watching the sunsets in the evening. Only complaint—beds in primary bedrooms were terribly uncomfortable. It’s time to invest in new mattresses.

The Fish Carlton takes your breathe away from the moment you stand on the porch and lookout the front door window straight to the beautiful beach. My husband and I were married on the beach there. It has a hot tub a fabulous pool. Adequate supplies for cooking. Two fridges. Easy access to the beach. I for one will return. And of course we had the leaning house of PCB next door. Scary but fun! I prayed it stay standing. Lol. That is a mess that should have been handled by now. But I still took pics from afar! Great family destination or family reunions!

We had an amazing time at the Fish Carlton, the house was big enough for 10 adults and 3 littles! There are even two refrigerators in the house with plenty of room for large groups! The pool and deck was awesome and right on the beach 10/10 we will definitely be back !

Annual framily trip

The location and views were amazing. However, the check-in process could have been more clear. I was never informed that I would receive an email from someone other than VRBO. Then in that email you have to download a different app to sign a rental agreement to get a code for the door. All but 2 beds had sand in them and clearly were not cleaned. We were told NOT to strip the beds because it was easier for housekeeping. We now know why. The hot tub would not keep temperature and you could only use one set of jets or it sprayed out of a knob that was caulked closed. The pillows were so flat and absolutely horrible. Its a really nice house but definitely has some minor issues.

Our family of 12 had a wonderful time on our spring break getaway. House was great, well located, and fit our needs perfectly. Kids really enjoyed the pool. Definitely would recommend for others considering a nice relaxing place to stay.

Great Location

It was so great to walk right onto the beach from the porch. The beds downstairs were like sleeping on boxsprings. A few things that were broke but the management Kelly was so kind and very prompt on getting them fixed. Loved the location. Was very easy to get to.

Beautiful Ocean View

This was the first time we chose a place in northern Florida. I think we should have probably waited another month or so for better weather. It was very cold, in the 40 degree range and made it harder to enjoy the property. The last couple days were in the 60's so it was more enjoyable. The property itself was nice and overall we had a good time.

2024 Fall Break

Beautiful, convenient location. Being able to walk directly to the beach was so nice. Also, it was so convenient for the older children to go back and forth between the adults on the beach and the adults at the pool. The house's lay-out was perfect. My only recommendation is to invest in new mattresses. We hope to stay at the Fish Carlton again.

Great location

We had a lovely week. The beach was beautiful and just steps away. The house was exactly as described. We had a small maintenance issue and the maintenance men arrived in an hour and fixed it. The owner responded quickly to a question I had. The location was good - the beach was not too crowded, and there was a Publix 5 minutes away.

Amazing Vacation Home!

This was by far the best vacation home we have stayed in! The host was amazing, and was very quick to respond to any questions that we had. The location was perfect, within walking distance to restaurants. Having the pool and hot tub were definitely a huge hit with the whole family. The house was also perfectly laid out and fully equipped to make for a stress free vacation. We will definitely be returning in the future to make more lasting memories!!

Perfect place. Perfect location

We loved the convenience and location. Beaches weren't overly full. Every time we contacted host, they were prompt and very polite. The house could have been cleaner, but it wasnt enough to ruin our sray.

Best Family Vacation

We got this house for a big family vaca with all of our kids had grand babies and it did not disappoint. The size of the house was perfect, everyone had plenty of space. We bounced between the beach and the pool all day and played cards games at the large kitchen table at night. We definitely plan on returning every two years. We made such amazing family memories that we all will cherish forever.
