The Fish Carlton is a beautiful 6 bedroom (Additional sleeping Loft area) 4.5 bath home that sits directly on the sugary white sand beaches of Panama City Beach. ZERO steps to the Beach - You are already there! Home is approximately 3000 square feet with almost every room having a wonderful view of the Emerald water. Home has a Large open area for entertaining and gourmet kitchen. There is also a separate Media/Game room for the kids upstairs with foosball table and large 55 inch HD flat screen. "55 inch HD flat screen in Living room as well. 8 Flat Screen Tv's in All. every bedroom comes with a flat screen tv- With over 2000 sq. feet of Outside Decking (with 800 sq feet protected from Sun/Rain), The Fish Carlton is perfect for enjoying the sound of the waves or cooling off in the Pool! Excellent layout for large groups! Kitchen is fully furnished with everything you will need. Large kitchen table seats 8-10 + 4 more at the standard height kitchen bar (plenty of outside dining as well - 10 more!). Bench and outdoor shower on walkway.. Our family of 12 had a wonderful time on our spring break getaway. House was great, well located, and fit our needs perfectly. Kids really enjoyed the pool. Definitely would recommend for others considering a nice relaxing place to stay.

We had an amazing time at the Fish Carlton, the house was big enough for 10 adults and 3 littles! There are even two refrigerators in the house with plenty of room for large groups! The pool and deck was awesome and right on the beach 10/10 we will definitely be back !

House was awesome. Beautifully built with smart use of space. Plenty of room. Host was friendly & responsive. Loved having coffee on the deck in the morning and watching the sunsets in the evening. Only complaint—beds in primary bedrooms were terribly uncomfortable. It’s time to invest in new mattresses.

Great Location

It was so great to walk right onto the beach from the porch. The beds downstairs were like sleeping on boxsprings. A few things that were broke but the management Kelly was so kind and very prompt on getting them fixed. Loved the location. Was very easy to get to.

Great for big groups!

My friends and I had an amazing stay in this house! It wasn’t ever too cramped and the two refrigerators really helped with food storage. Having the pool/hot tub so close to the beach was so nice. Would definitely recommend!

Fall Break

What a great beach home! And in a great location, too. Had a great time during our last chance to get some sun and warm weather before the cooler months set in. The kids had a blast! The ease of getting around and walking distance to food, parks, and shops really sealed it.

Excellent property

Everything about this house was perfect for our trip. Location was amazing. We had one problem with a busted pipe under the pool that caused the water to drain out, but the property manager and host responded immediately and had it repaired within a few hours! We loved this house!

Life at the Fish Carlton

We really liked the location. Right on the beach, but not in the busiest tourist area. Just down the beach from Schooners. Fun place to eat or get a drink right from the beach. The house was nice and roomy for our big family. Loved having the pool as well. Had a great time there. Would rent again
