  • Enjoy contemporary, comfortable luxury in this one bedroom plus bunk room, two bath Grand Panama Beach Resort condo. This compact unit offers views east and west. Enjoy the view over the roof of Edgewater Leeward and Windward as you search for the beautiful aquamarine Gulf of Mexico. On a clear day you can find it.
    Master bedroom, Don't stub your toe and make sure the late sleeper is the first one in on that room filling King Size bed. Lovers of a really hard mattress will enjoy the slab like comfort of the bed. This small room does offer a private 3/4 bath. You can see right over the roof of the Monkey Shack and the roofs of Edgewater Leeward and Windward are right in front of you.
    The bunks in the hall are perfect for keeping your eye on little ones, they're practically sleeping in the livingroom and the sleeper sofa makes into a bed for one or two adults.
    Although there is no dining room, there is a hightop table against the wall and stools at the breakfast bar. You have 2 bunk beds, a sleeper sofa, cafe table, breakfast bar, a sofa and 2 side chairs a very unique coffee table that would fit perfectly in a Smokey Mountain chalet and a wall mounted tv. All of that is in the living room.
    Don't worry, if you're feeling a little too together with your travel partners you can step out onto the cute little balcony. It's perfect for watching the long line of cars underneath on Front Beach Road as they line up as far as you can see to the east.
    The balcony is furnished with chairs and a small metal table, perfect for your first cup of coffee. At night, you don't have a great view of the stars but you can see the lit end of the Pier in the distance to your west and you will not be able to see the water but those car headlights do make a magical impression to the east. So if you're not looking for a spacious, well appointed unit with great amenities and a fanstastic Gulf view, this one may be perfect for you. It's clean, cozy and tight just right for people that are going to enjoy an active vacation outside spending very little time indoors, enjoying the Real Fun Beach! Great location

Great location with easy access to the beach. The rental was clean & accomodating. My only minor complaint was the check-in location being at a separate site from the resort. After what turned into an extremely long drive, we just wanted to go to our rental but we first had to go to this other location to check-in & get the number to the rental door & our resort bracelets.

Pet Friendly and clean

We found the condo to be clean and adequately furnished. The livingroom furniture was a little worn but clean and did not smell of pets. The only drawback was a coffee maker that did NOT have an automatic shut off which was a consent worry as we tended to forget . Will rent again.

Great Location

We loved our stay at Grand Panama. The only thing we had an issue with was the pull out bed. It was broken on one corner so 1 of our 6 ended up on the floor. The springs that hold up the mattress were missing in the foot section of one side, so you ended up falling through. The unit was clean when we arrived and we were able to cook what we wanted. Everyone staying there was very friendly. The pool was clean, and we all enjoyed the ocean.

Great stay

Wonderful condo, very clean and nice service. Great location. Close to everything! Only complaint would be the beds...could use a little up grade, especially the sofa-bed, but other than that, I would absolutely recommend!

Great Area but unit was only okay.

The location was good, pools were great, beach access was great, not too many people so I have no complaints with that. The unit was a good size for my family and I but they could've done a better job cleaning it and making sure the items were working and not broken. There was pet hair everywhere and the washer machine didn't work and was full of dirty water when we arrived. Dishwasher didn't work and the pull out sofa bed was "broken" as well, we made due of course but Those are things that should be checked and made sure they are good before the next person rents.
