  • Welcome! 5 Star and our 9th year! How exciting to have shared our home with so many amazing people.

    Exciting news! The pool and grill areas have beautiful new lighting. Great ambiance and turtle friendly. The pool will be OPEN into the evening!!! It’s magical on a hot Florida night after basking in the Gulf of Mexico.

    We have had our building freshly painted and added palm trees to welcome you to the beach and paradise on the Gulf of Mexico. We are continuing to improve our complex and I am proud to call it my home.

    This is the Moondrifter Condominium complex. A mid-size complex. 8815 Thomas Drive. Panama City Beach, Florida.

    This is our home. We totally renovated this past winter. We sanitize before and after every family. We have full sanitation material station and laundry station with Heavy Duty NEW 2022 machines. (Just shake out the sand first please!). Utilize the amenities.

    I don’t allow smoking in my home. I have a little boy that has Cystic Fibrosis that vacation every year. And asthmatic family. Smoke outside and shut the door.

    6 People per Unit Maximum! Per Fire Marshal.

    Pool is rarely crowded. No waiting for elevators. And located next to so many restaurants, fun parks, golf course, etc. and beach front!!! Right on the beautiful Gulf of Mexico! The view and access to the beach is BEACH FRONT! Security gate from and to the beach from our Moondrifter. For yours and your family’s safety.

    My unit is rated 5 Stars and I work hard to keep it that way so that you have the best vacation.

    NEW FURNITURE, BEDS, APPLIANCES, FULL SIZE WASHER/DRYER, Breakfast BAR, Pack n Play, 2 way high chair, games, toys, cooler, picnic/BBQ basket, books…

    TV’s are all Smart TV’s although no apps available to renters. and WIFI!!

    Family friendly Condo. Sleeps 6 People-maximum! 2 in Queen Beds and 2 in Queen Sofa sleeper. Must be 25 years or older. There is a futon that one can sleep on if needed.

    Walk to major nightclubs-Ms Newbies, Pineapple Willy's, Hammerhead Fred's, Neon’s, longboard’s. etc. Fun parks galore! Zoo, shopping, Winery's, Golf!

    Only 3 floors up so no waiting for elevators during busy season.
    Equipped with all necessities and luxuries of home. Grills available, pool, outdoor dining, parking, in unit washer/dryer, free WI FI, Cable.

    Beautifully redecorated 2 bedroom, 2 bath, Master has its own bath. 1110 s.f. unit Right on the beach, overlooking the Gulf from your private balcony. No commuting necessary......Condo is situated close to all amenities. No traffic to deal with.

    There is a $40 per vehicle fee that you pay in the office. Make sure you stop in and get your parking pass to prevent being towed!

    REMEMBER---If you read a bad review on a condo, ONE unit does NOT represent the whole complex. There are always a couple unit owners or management companies at every complex that do not take the pride in their home like we do personally. That is why we work hard to keep our 5 star rating. Also, Our HOA is working very hard improving our complex. And it is looking beautiful!

    “First, we rented from an individual owner who was the nicest person to deal with. The view was awesome and even though the nightclub next door was very loud, it wasn't intolerable. The unit was exceptionally clean, very updated, anything you needed was provided except your toothbrush and clothes. Full size washer/dryer including detergent and fabric softener, coffee pot including filters, sugar and cream, condiments in fridge and pantry, lots of towels and washcloths, extra pillows, beach towels, beach toys, beach cart w/ice chests, rocking chair on the balcony was wonderful.
    We have stayed in a lot of places up and down the Florida coast over the years and I must say, this was one of the most pleasant experiences we have had. Condos are very convenient to attractions, some in walking distance and the ice cream shop in the parking lot is awesome but expect to wait in a long line. Stay in unit 303 and you will not be disappointed. Sue, the owner, was awesome.”

Great place with lots of space. It was a lot bigger than other condos i have stayed in.

This place is awesome and in a great location close to many activities but yet not in the most crowded part of the beach. Would recommend to anybody to stay here.

We had a great time!

This place is perfect. It’s nice and big and it has everything you need for your vacation, including beach towels. The balcony and the view are my favorite part. I really enjoyed cooking here too because the kitchen has everything. The pool and the beach were so nice and so close to our room. We will definitely come back!

Beautiful views and clean!

The condo is exactly as portrayed in the listing. Sue was very responsive. It is beachfront with a great view of the ocean and the pool. We will definitely stay here again.

Great condo!

First off, Mrs Sue is a wonderful host and the communication was great! Second, loved being able to just walk on to the beach and it was good to walk on balcony and see the beach! Third, the pictures of the condo are just as it is with some upgrades. Will have to stay again soon.

Sue’s condo was awesome! It was very homely and conveniently located close to everything. The unit was stocked with everything we needed for a perfect stay. Her communication was exceptional. I can honestly say she has been our best host yet! We’re looking forward to coming back to her place again soon!

Everything you could need!

Best location and view. Very spacious 2 bed 2 bath nicley decorated on 3rd floor close to elevators. Susan provided everything needed for a great vacation. Beach umbrella, chairs, plenty of beach towels and toys even a cooler and bq kit- just get charcoal. Everything you could ever need in the kitchen. Just bring your clothes, sunscreen and toiletries!

Beautiful room and best owner communication ever!

We have been going to PCB for 30 years now for our family vacation. Through those years, we have stayed at multiple places. This room has been our favorite hands down. It was very well equipped with anything you may need or want. Sue goes above and beyond to make your stay very enjoyable. The room was furnished with very clean, comfortable beds. The kitchen was fully stocked with all utensils and even small appliances you are used to having at home. Above all these things was the wonderful tiny details she provides upon your arrival. We will definitely be going back. We had a great vacation and Sue made sure of it! Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Great place to stay

This was one of the best condos I’ve stayed in. I would highly recommend staying here. When we had a problem it was taken care of that day. A TV went And was replaced by the end of the day. Could walk straight out onto the beach. Love staying here thank you for sharing your home.

Great place Great Location Great View

It is right on the beach. Walk out set up our chairs or rent and spend the day at the water. Clean pool, great places to eat. Some within walking distance. Big kitchen and hang out area. Drank our coffee every morning looking at the ocean.
