ESTA UNIDAD VIENE CON UNA SILLA DE PLAYA ALQUILER DE SET / PARAGUAS GRATIS !! También esta unidad ha sido objeto de una remodelación total, el piso de madera con playas nuevo en todo, muebles nuevos, pintura nueva, WOW !!!!

Bienvenido a Long Beach Resort, donde comenzará sus vacaciones tan esperado en esta hermosa unidad con vistas a la magnífica Golfo de México. Disfrute de lo increíble, de pared a pared de piso a techo de vistas al mar desde todas las habitaciones de este espacioso, 1400 pies cuadrados condominio ubicado en el octavo piso de la Torre 4, la nueva torre en Long Beach. El complejo está cerca de todo, desde restaurantes a un Walmart justo al otro lado de la calle! Hay una gran piscina de la laguna (6800 pies cuadrados) con islas y cascadas, tres spas de hidromasaje, dos piscinas polinesias (climatizadas estacionalmente), bar y parrilla en el lugar (de temporada), alquiler de silla de esquí / sombrilla en el sitio y 24 hora de acceso privado y seguridad con mucho espacio de estacionamiento.

El salón tiene un 47 "TV / sistema de DVD con un montón de cómodos asientos y un sofá cama tamaño queen. Hay una cama king size en el dormitorio principal y dos camas de matrimonio en el segundo dormitorio, dos dormitorios tienen nuevo televisor de pantalla plana. Cada habitación tiene un baño completo con tocadores de mármol dobles y grandes bañeras de jardín de mármol. La cocina tiene todos los electrodomésticos y vajilla necesarios con un montón de gabinetes mejorados para almacenar sus alimentos! La sala de estar / comedor y dos dormitorios se abren a la amplia terraza con vistas a 1300 pies cuadrados de playa de arena blanca. Esta unidad es para no fumadores, No se permiten mascotas, y arrendatario deben tener al menos 25 años de edad y ocupar la unidad para el período de alquiler completo !!

Couldn’t have chose a better place!

One of the top best resorts you can stay in my opinion. Elevators were always quick, the location was phenomenal and the ocean view from all the beds, the balcony beach view, and the view you get being anywhere inside from the floor to ceiling windows was so top tier. The easy access to the beach and to any of the pools on property was so convenient and my kid loved it. I would book this property every single time i came back!!!

Wonderful Vacation at Panama City Beach!

From day one my family and I enjoyed our stay. We stayed a wonderful week. Accommodation were great, the view breathtaking to wake up to and go to bed to. The beach beautiful and water perfect evening swim. Loved having the beach chairs and extra the owners provided. Nearby restaurants are great!!!

Long Beach 3rd stay

Property is great. This unit could have used a good cleaning but you cant beat the floor to ceiling windows and the open, spacious layout, and that view!!! Condo was set up nicely, with some great upgrades to the kitchen and flooring. Bathrooms need some work. A little dated but still well equipped. The room wasnt dusty, dirty or sandy, but we just had to rewipe surfaces that were visible and missed during the last cleaning (fridge, table and chairs, night stands). Bedding was clean and comfortable. Very nice furniture on the balcony to enjoy meals and the view. Plenty of dishes to make your own meals, a nice keurig and newer washer and dryer. This was our 3rd stay at this resort. They keep all hallways, pools and common areas very clean, and have an amazing lagoon pool, which is perfect for when double red flags are flying. We highly recommend Long Beach.

Our Spring Break 23

Don’t hesitate to rent ….This condo was by far the nicest I’ve stayed in . The location was GREAT and the condo was equipped with anything you could ask for . The kitchen was very nice with nice appliances.It even had very nice durable dishes and utensils . It was equipped with hand soap , detergent , and washing pods . I had an issue with my door code (my fault,smh ) each time I called there was no hesitation in an answer or call back . The only thing I didn’t care for was the grout (cement material ) in bottom of garden tub or shower , but we managed with that since we had swim/shower shoes. It Would’ve been nice to soak in garden tub though after long walk on beach . The beach service was a plus too ! We really enjoyed our stay and would rent again !

Great time but cleaning service needs work

We stay at Long Brach twice a year and love it! This was by far one of our top condos. Updated nicely with nice furniture and set up. Our only issues was the cleanliness of the bathrooms. I had ti go buy cleaners and bleach for the bathrooms and the towels. All the towels had a fu my moldy odor. There was hair… and I mean tons all over the bathroom floors. There was hair stuck to the walls in both showers. The bathroom with the two beds had a very dirty bath rug that was also very hazardous in the tile floor. The tub/shower combo had pink soap scum mold all over it and the shower spray had chunks of black mold. All it takes is a tooth brush and scrubbing to clean it. The sinks had dried toothpaste on faucets and in drains. I went and got washing supplies and spent the first couple hours there cleaning bathrooms and washing the towels. I know and get its hard to clean it perfectly but the state of bathrooms was like it wasent cleaned at all. Other than that it was beautiful. Kitchen update especially was very nice!

Pleasant Stay

We stayed here over Labor Day weekend. No major complaints from my wife or me... Everything was pretty much as pictured. A few minor things that needed attention, but that's the case in most places. The view is fantastic, and we both enjoyed the deck furniture. Overall, the property is quiet and well kept. We'd stay here again if the opportunity presents itself.

Cleanliness failure

The property was exactly as described. There was a beautiful view and the property itself was very nice; however, the cleanliness left much to be desired. At face value everything looked fine but there was just 1 tragedy after another upon further investigation. No major investigation was needed just basic simple things like sweeping the floors, washing the dishes, CHANGING THE LINENS. I would suggest washing your own linens upon arrival because clearly basic cleaning is not a priority.
