⚠️ PROPERTY IMPROVEMENT NOTICE: Pinnacle Port is undergoing a scheduled property improvement project from September 2026 through May 2027, with work being completed in phases throughout the property. Guests may experience daytime construction activity or noise, and access to certain common areas may occasionally be affected. The current schedule includes a pool closure from approximately December 1 through March 1. Construction schedules and affected areas are subject to change. Rates for BeachfrontBliss have been adjusted during the project to reflect these temporary conditions, offering guests discounted pricing compared with our normal rates for these dates.

BeachfrontBliss is a newly renovated 12th-floor penthouse 1BR/2BA condo at Pinnacle Port, perched between Carillon Beach and Camp Helen State Park with panoramic views of both the Gulf of Mexico and Powell Lake. It sleeps up to 6 and delivers a rare combination of beachfront elevation, resort amenities, and walkable access to one of the Panhandle's most charming beach communities.



Step inside to a bright, open-concept living area with Gulf views, a pull-out sofa, and a flat-screen TV. The private balcony gives you a front-row seat and 180-degree view of the Gulf. The master suite has a queen bed with lake vistas and a private en suite bath. Built-in twin bunks make the space flexible for families, and the second full bath keeps mornings smooth. The kitchen is fully stocked for cooking in, and an in-unit washer and dryer handle the practical side of a longer stay.



Outside, the Pinnacle Port community offers two pools including one heated, four pickleball and tennis courts, shuffleboard, basketball, a fitness center, saunas, and a dock. Carillon Market Street is steps away with local shops, restaurants, and Monday night summer concerts. Camp Helen State Park is right next door for paddling and nature trails. Rosemary Beach and the rest of 30A are just 3 miles east.



Getting to the Beach

BeachfrontBliss sits directly on the Gulf at Pinnacle Port, where guests have access to several acres of private beach and hundreds of feet of coastline. Follow the community walkways down and the sand is just below the building.
