• No trailers, boats, or motorcycles allowed on property. Overflow lot parking is available for a fee (subject to change).
• Late checkout may result in a $500/hour fee and possible eviction.
• Condo assignment is based on availability. Views and unit features may vary from the photos.
• Amenity closures may occur unexpectedly and are not guaranteed during your stay.
• Quiet hours are enforced from 10 PM to 7 AM.
• Longer stays may require a unit switch. Both units will be comparable, and staff will assist with the transition.
• Please note that elevator upgrades are scheduled starting Oct 2025, with select bathroom upgrades Nov 2025–Feb 2026.
