Whether you're traveling with family, friends, or planning a romantic retreat, this spacious condo sleeps eight and blends indoor comfort with outdoor adventure.

    $300 FREE Activities: Guests will receive one complimentary admission to each of our select activities per day. You can attend all of these activities every day, and one person will be free each day. Additional guests will pay full price. Admissions are non-cumulative and non-transferable. Unused admissions expire daily.



    So yes, you may choose to play a round of golf in the morning (one person is free) and then enjoy a Dolphin Cruise that afternoon (one person is free). Alternatively, you may choose to visit WonderWorks with the kids in the morning (one person is free), while your husband can play golf (one person is free). Then you can meet up that afternoon for the dolphin cruise (one person is free). You may participate in some or ALL of the select activities every day, and one person from your party is free each day!

The perfect condo for a family trip! Clean, comfortable beds, great air conditioning, beautiful view, and love the grassy area outside the condo for the kids to play around while we were in the condo! Also had chairs and beach toys to use! Would recommend this place for your family vacation!

Wonderful experience

Condo was great! Beds were very comfortable! The property manager was so nice. Called me ahead of time and was super cool. The guards at the entrance of the complex are awesome. Very nice people. Would recommend this place for sure!

Great first floor location, very friendly staff. Young children and an ample amount of things to take to the beach is a prime reason for this room. We had a great time. Through the front door and out the back patio to the pool and beach!!

This condo was just perfect for family with young children. 1st floor made easy trip to beach or pool. Everything was perfect as described. Having the supply of beach toys was a nice touch for a 3 day vacation, didn’t have to by anything extra. Thank you!

This was our second time to book with Itrip and our stay was fantastic. I highly recommend Itrip, they are very pleasant to work with and keep you completely informed about your stay, from booking to the end of your stay. We were contacted via text before we arrived with contact name and phone number, should we need anything during our stay. We were on the ground floor and only a few steps to the pool. The condo was clean, very accommodating and had all the amenities we needed, then some. We will definitely stay here again.

Condo Cleaning Subpar

We enjoyed the condo as a whole and its location. Our issues were very below standard cleaning for the Fee we paid!! Kitchen utensils had mold on them, very dried up pepperoni stuck to oven rack, coffee maker needs to be replaced due to lack of cleaning (very dirty), mold in the washing machine laundry detergent compartment, toilets not cleaned, sticky kitchen table, and a cup left in the dishwasher. I have pictures to forward if needed please advise an email address. Thank you!

The room was great! We stay at Commodore every year and are happy to say this year we found our forever room! Ground floor, clean and comfortable beds. The pots are name brand (not the usual cheap ones) and the A/C works great.

Great stay, lovely view!

Upon arrival, the security guard was super friendly and welcoming. He told us of volleyball and cornhole that was available to us on the beach for free! He also offered us games that he had to share if we wanted them. He was very informative of the parking arrangement as well as overflow parking not far away. The unit was clean and stocked and decorated nicely. The kitchen had “extras” that previous renters left behind to share (we did the same ?). The unit stayed cold! The only thing missing was a mop! We did have a little trouble finding space to pack away food items but just used countertop space instead. Our favorite part of the unit was the outdoor patio! It was very spacious and the yard area extending out from the patio made the space feel even bigger. There is a huge bin full of chairs, boogie boards and sand toys! The pool is within a few steps and the beach is super close! We enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again! Thank you!

This place was soooo perfect for our family vacation! We had the best time. Everything thing was very convenient. Being on the ground floor is awesome! NO ELEVATORS!!! ? The pool and the beach are both extremely close and our kids loved playing in the grassy area. The unit had everything we need and then some. The decor is adorable! We hope to be back soon! ❤️❤️❤️

Vacation Stay

We stayed at this unit for 4 days on a small vacation. We loved it! It was on the ground floor and the beach was like 50 feet from the unit. You could see the ocean clearly from the unit and everything was clean. We would definitely stay again. Very chill atmosphere in the town and everyone was was super nice. You are also very close to a whole bunch of water activity's.

We loved the updates and being on the first floor. Easy access to the pool with our littles and got to see the sunsets right outside our room!

Handicapped accesible

I am in a wheelchair, it accomidated me in the master bedroom very well. You will need your shower chair and any support rails for the bed, couch and toilet. I just scotted my chair beside the couch and transferred that way. I can stand for at least a minute. You need lifted over the sliding glass door rails to go on to the porch. I looked out the door most of my stay so I could keep cool. The pool is on the ground floor too. The beach access is just up the road a bit. Lookout Blvd. I think or there is another deck on the otherside if it is open. Everything else was easy for me in the chair.

Perfect Spot

Love this little unit. It is ground level with super easy access to the pool and beach. It is right next door to Seaside Villas where we had friends staying, so the kids could run back and forth. It was the perfect spot for us.
