MARBLE/QUARTZ KITCHEN WITH UPSCALE KITCHEN AID APPLIANCES. EVEN A GAS STOVE TOP AND oven! Close to Pier Park, grocery and restaurants and Thomas donuts!! Open the Front double french doors into the large great room, dining room that seats 8 to 10 and upscaled kitchen with a view of the private heated in ground SALT water pool/spa. All adjacent to the powder room and master bedroom suite with marble/quartz extra large shower and double vanities. Laundry room with Beverage Fridge convenient to covered back porch with pool view. Pool area includes outdoor SHOWER for spraying off after beach, covered porch with 65 in tv, tropical planted palms and flowers surround lay out chairs and large outdoor dining table and chairs. Upstairs includes a separate bonus room with large 65 inch tv and game area with access to a large covered balcony with outdoor seating. Three additional bedrooms with 2 baths with rain showers.
(Two large king master suites (one up and one down)with private marble/ quartz bath. upstairs Primary has two twin xl bunks and king third bedroom with private entrance to bath that shares with 4th bedroom, queen bed. 5th bedroom with two full sized bunks and futon NO PETS AND NO SMOKING. Simply elegant and comfortable home. Parking for maximum 4 regular car sizes.

Family Getaway

First of all I will say Debbie is very communicative which was great. The house was clean and exactly like pictured. There were a few issues we did have with the location, it’s located right next to a parking garage and if you are outside trying to enjoy the pool or just relax it really can be displeasing. People rev their engines and it sets off the car alarms and it’s so annoying. It happened the whole time we were there and it ruined the outside experience for us. Also, the ice machine was broken in the fridge and the grill is charcoal. Nothing major just would be helpful to know before so we could have grabbed ice and charcoal while grocery shopping. The main bedroom upstairs seemed to have issues with the air conditioning, they had a AC unit through the window which helped a little bit but because of that unit the window is held open with a cardboard cutout and if you have neighbors out at night, you can hear them loud and clear the whole time. The house is decorated beautifully but with a lot of items that aren’t useful. They could use more towel hangers and soap dishes instead of all the cute decor. There was also no dishwasher detergent provided, but they do provide small bottles of shampoo and conditioner. Plenty of towels and beach/pool towels. The kitchen is stocked nicely but no scissors or cutting boards which would have been helpful. Overall easy access to the beach & nice clean house but wouldn’t stay again due to the garage next door & how hot it was upstairs.

We had a wonderful time. The home was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. We especially loved the private pool. The property manager even brought us water when there was a water main break in PCB. :)

Wonderful week at the Beach!

Absolutely beautiful! This house was perfect for our group of 13! We had such a good time … enjoyed easy access to the beautiful beach…the kids young and old loved the pool! We cooked and ate lots of food, played games… we felt safe and secure. The house was well stocked and convenient to stores, restaurants and the beach. Debbie was wonderful to work with! We will come back!

Beautiful home in prime location near the beach

My family and I stayed at this beautiful home for my wedding a few weeks ago. The accommodations were perfect and having two primary suites was ideal for our family! Our first night there I mentioned to the owner that the outside TV was not working. Somebody was there with an eight hours and by the next day they were hanging a brand new TV! The communication was 10 out of 10 and the home was spotless. Literally my only complaint is the icemaker was not working, but otherwise this was a perfect home and I cannot wait to come back and stay again. Thanks so much Debbie for the amazing hospitality

Softball Tournament

We came to town for USFA World Series softball tournament. The house was absolutely beautiful. It was perfect for the 6 adults and 2 teenagers. It’s was about 2 blocks from the beach. It was conveniently located for everything we wanted to do. Away from downtown traffic. There was some cleaning issues but nothing major. It was a perfect home away from home.

Loved everything about this home ! Beautifully decorated, the beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with everything you need ! The pool was beautiful and such a plus to have your own private pool !

Everything you see in the listing and more!

Debbie was an amazing host! The house felt like a home, was beautifully decorated and included everything we needed for cooking and entertainment. From the free drinks in the drink fridge to the complimentary bottle of wine and the salt water taffies, we felt very welcomed! We had a few hiccups during our stay but Debbie and her staff quickly fixed the issues. The beds were comfortable and everything we could need was available in the house. The pool and back outside area was the best part. We went during spring break and paid for pool heating. It made all the difference because it would’ve been too cold to swim otherwise. The layout of the house made it easy for us to go in and out and supervise the kids swimming. The neighborhood was safe and a short walk to the beach entrance. You can see it from the driveway. Beach service was right at the entrance and reasonably priced. We rented two umbrellas for $20 each for the day. It saved us from hauling a bunch of beach stuff while herding toddlers. Overall a great spring break stay. We will definitely come back!

Impeccable Accomodations!

From the moment we walked into the house, we were thoroughly impressed with the cleanliness and beauty of Debbie's rental. She has thought of everything from stocking extra supplies to make your stay comfortable and convenient to top notch sheets, towels and kitchen supplies. We stayed with our children (13 and 18) and they each brought a friend or two. The location was perfect for all - steps from the beach, warm inviting pool, tv's (that worked on the first try!) in each room and a plethora of games for them to play. I would highly recommend this rental - it surpassed our expectations and I would gladly go back!

Beautiful and Relaxing

We thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful house and pool which was seriously only 3 minutes from the beach. So nice when we are used to packing up for the day to head to the beach. We could come back enjoy relaxing lunch by the pool and back to the beach. The included beach chairs and umbrellas at the beach were a very nice perk. Would definitely love to stay here again as Debbie was a sweet lady to work with.

Amazing and Responsive Owner!

This was a last minute booking due to Hurricane Ida. Debbie was amazing! She was extremely accommodating, and was responsive to every need/want/request. The house was immaculate, and had everything you could possibly need or want on-site. We had ages 3-67 and everyone thoroughly enjoyed their stay. We will be looking to stay here again for an actual planned vacation! If possible I would give 10 stars!

Great House in PCB

We loved our stay at this beautiful home! The house was clean and inviting with a gorgeous private pool! The location was great, just minutes from the beach but in a quiet area (avoided hotel traffic noise). The house is right next door to a parking garage, which we were a little hesitant about at first, but it was no issue at all. Communication with Debbie was speedy and she was so responsive! Overall we highly recommend this property!
